It is a friendly and modern hotel within walking distance of the airport. The staff was competent and attentive. Good beds, clean room with excellent facilities.

The restaurant and bar are generally expensive, and if you don't have a car, there aren't many other options. Communication via email before arrival was a bit slow, but once on site, everything was okay.

Room was well appointed, bathroom also.

Bathroom could have used hooks on the back of the door for wet towels. Restaurant was understaffed and confused, but the food was good. Hard to get to from the airport - no explicit directions. Took a cab.

Staff lost my mail and unhelpful, lacked empathy in resolving the problem, specifically front desk staff. AC in corridor and room unacceptable. Made it uncomfortable in summer weather. . Long walk from terminal and no courtesy bus. Website says airport shuttle but find out on the day of arrival it is not complimentary. Requested breakfast add on at check in, but next morning, dining staff not aware. Again, front desk incompetence.

It was a short walk from the Airport to the Hotel, even with bags. The staff was very friendly The room was very spacious and very quiet.

The first signs for the hotel from the airport) were a tiny bit hidden. Once we figured out where to look, it was easy to follow

Room was nice. The location was what we needed for an early flight the next morning as it was walking distance to the airport although there is also a bus you can catch

It was bit complicated to find the way to the hotel from the train station as we couldn’t find signs. You just need to turn right and walk around the carpark which is not obvious. We were not excited about the breakfast at all.

Check in and check out were fast. Vending machine with useful gadgets like cables and sockets was a good idea. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Room was for a disabled person. Shower with curtain was not good. Room felt cramped as coffee making facility was squashed in a corner by the cupboard. £4.50 for Hoppa Bus to the South Terminal is a ridiculous price for a two-minute journey, so we walked, but with heavy cases this wasn't pleasant. Downstairs lounge/dining area was OK but with loud music there was no quiet, calm space to sit and relax.

Flight was cancelled so booked a room and arrived at hotel, was queueing for 45 mins to be told they overbooked the rooms so no rooms available. Loads of other people left without a room had to try find a room in a different hotel at 1am. Staff unhelpful.

Didn’t know how to get from airport to facility. Other hotels had more info at Terminal. A/C didn’t work. First night was awful and reported this but no one from maintenance did anything. Had to switch rooms which was a nuisance since we had already unpacked. Was charged more than the listed app amount.

I booked via booking.com and I received the confirmation via email but when I arrived at the hotel, it was fully booked and I had to find another hotel at midnight with a storm outside

Standard airport hotel. Large family room. We were only there a few hours so did not use any facilities. Excellent receptionist (Sanji)

Bit of a walk in the rain from the south terminal

Position 7 mins walk from the airport, staff is Amazing, very kind, smiling and went above & beyond the customer. I was very stressed because had my flight cancelled and they definetely knew How to handle that!!! Thank you

I Was about to give a 10, but I would enrich breakfast and my room was not properly clean.

It was everything I needed it to be. Courteous and helpful staff. Bar staff were very friendly and the food was very good. Location to airport was excellent, bus goes every 20 mins.

If I had known how close to the airport I was I probably would have walked as 5£ for a 3 min bus journey is expensive.
