Very safe and secure for solo female traveller. The mall is very handy with large supermarkets, food, camping stores etc.
Pool is not heated.

They charged my credit card twice. The acknowledged the mistake after a few email, but after two months still no refund.

Well I did not like the fact I was charged three extra nights when I checked out after the second night my room was dirty and I did not stay when I explain from decks the situation they told me to contact booking.com

The two receptionists Lucy and Brenda and the fnb manager Micheal mutisya's service delivery was exemplary.

They charged me for the first night despite my arrival was at 5 am
also last day I had to pay 50% despite the fact that my room was not used for the whole day as I was on a conference outside the hotel.

No place to sit other than restaurant. Hard to receive guests and business center is not appropriate. Needs a bar type area or leave some restaurant tables empty by removing cutlery

The very efficient process right from check in to check out. Extremely warm staff, very clean and comfortable rooms in a superb location. My son also looved this hotel.

A nice business hotel, good comfort, very serviceminded staff, convienent location. All in all very good value for the money. The security is in top.

Great staff. Very helpful and most friendly. Comfortable and clean room. Enjoyed a Christmas eve dinner at their restaurant.
