Not all restaurants worked till late

The staff were lovely, always wanting to help. Chris helped us plan a day trip around the area. Was such a wonderful day too.
The prices of food at the different restaurants including food court, were more expensive than anywhere else in South Korea.

Hotel was so close to the Water Park. Bed was super comfy. Cool TV in the shower! We did try in room dining! Not bad experience but on a pricier side. Location was too far from everything else in Jeju however if you think of just winding down in the vicinity, then this hotel would be perfect!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, it has everything we needed there good facilities etc
The selections of eateries are limited and not cheap.

Beautiful. Many high tech features such as curtains that open automatically when you open the door the first time.
Outdoor pool hours were too short.

Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Great for families.
The room wasn't overly clean - the floor and walls looked worn down
. One of the power outlets also wasn't working.

Rooms were small & only one option for family of 4.
Firstly we were put in a room without a balcony. Asked to change and they were happy to.
The fitness centre and spa didn’t open till 10am - too late if you wanted to use the gym in the morning.

The hotel is crowded and expensive. You are allowed to your swimming pool only once a day. The Marriot is allowing guests from Somerset self-catering accommodation to use the Marriot swimming pool. Is far from a nice beach.

Location was great there was a lot of activities to do very close to the resort will return on our next trip to jeju. Staff was great always greeting you when you pass by them.
The only complaint I have is that my family would have really like to use the pool at the resort more than one time a day and maybe extend the hours a little bit more due to most of the day you are out site seeing and when you return you only have about an hour to swim.
