Beautiful room, beautiful building. The location was perfect for exploring. The staff were really lovely and the spa was a really nice addition to the trip. Breakfast tastes amazing too.

Really can't fault the hotel or its staff.

Cousine was great. I value especially the ability of Menoquian products to choose.

The hotel itself was very cute.

They charged extra for everything - I’ve never experienced such an whotel, which tried to make money out of everything. Furthermore, we could hear every noise from our room. Unfortunately, we could hear every noice our neighbor did - while he was in the bathroom and even during the night, when he woke up to use the bathroom. It was like, he was in the same room - so we had no sleep and the next room they gave us, was also very noisy. Additional to that, they did not try to compensate this situation and offer us something, as already mentioned they charged for everything extra. Like when when we asked for beach towels or wanted to access the spa area. I would not recommend this hotel

The best location in Mahon! Very beautiful/ clean rooms , and kind / amazing staff. We got a room upgrade and a very nice surprise by the employees for my partner’s birthday. The staff were very kind and very professional( they answered out messages before arrival ) It was perfect amazing stay at the hotel , we hardly recommend it.

The only minus was that, we could hear the couple next door a lot. The walls were not very sound isolated. We could hear the people next door very load and they woke us up every morning very early, we could hear their shower very load and doors opening / closing. We could hear everything what they were talking about, coming back home late at night. Plus personally the bed was not comfortable for me and my partner. We could not open a window for fresh air so we had only air conditioning (the air was very dry in the room , due to no fresh air only air con.) I got a bad throat.

would have been nice if there had been a communal lounge area and bar. Unfortunately, the spa area has been closed since covid started and has not yet reopened.

Excellent service provided by the staff. Great quality breakfast. Nice boutique experience. Committed to sustainability.

Street parking is difficult, but the hotel provides parking service near the hotel at a reasonable price.

The room was clean and the single bed very small and not very comfortable ,good location. They allowed us to leave the baggage till midday.

Very expensive for what it is, also they initially wanted to charge extra for the spa facilities. My sister arrived earlier, the key room was faulty and she was made to wait another 2 hours to get in, for what was already a very late check-in.She was then asked to use the spa for free and left there while staff try to sort out the room key with little access to go anywhere else for another 2 hours. Not a great experience and no apologies for poor service.
