Stylish stay with all the amenities you could want. Simple, but high quality breakfast. We stayed during the mahon festival in September, and while the parties were continuing all night long, we couldn't hear a thing from our rooms!

We had a wonderful stay at Can Alberti. The staff were brilliant and treated us like family and nothing was too much trouble, from offering restaurant recomendations to arranging spa treatments for us. Breakfast was perfect, with eggs made to order each morning as well as a great selection of pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses. We felt very well looked after and would recommend Can Alberti to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat right in the centre of Mahon.

Not a criticism but if you have a car it is worth noting that parking around the hotel isn't easy. On street parking was nearly impossible so we used the nearby multi-storey which was about 10 mins walk away and worked out at around 18 euros for 24hrs.

Because it’s an old house, the fact that you hear people from the room upstairs really much when they walk but it never lasts too long luckily

beautiful hotel- classy, calm and elegant. we stayed for a night during our honeymoon in a suite and loved it. the Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. one, if not the best hotel we have ever visited and we are already planning a return visit.

Well located and very attractive hotel in the heart of Mahon. Really attractive decor and comfy rooms. A lovely breakfast in the quiet courtyard. The staff were wonderful. We only stayed one night as we were travelling on but would certainly stay again.

Lovely old building, very well looked after.

Although there is a lift, there are places where the old stone steps seemed dangerous to me.

The hotel is in a fantastic old building which retains much of its old charm. Our room was large and had its own little terrace. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and to provide whatever we wanted. The breakfasts were really excellent (if very generous!) and made great use of delicious Menorcan products.

The hotel and the room had a lot of style, although the shower room could have been a little more modern to reflect the design of the rest of the space. People with reduced mobility should ask for a room directly accessible from the lift, as some rooms have steps leading up to them.

The Staff was very friendly, competent and helpful. Menorcan hospitality at its best. We had a nice, big and very clean room. Wifi was working ok.

The breakfast was very good, but didn't offer too much variety.

A very stylish chic boutique hotel in the heart of Mahon. Exceptional.

A fantastic hotel in a greatly preserved and centrally located building. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Lots of little details with variety of complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and spacious rooms. Last but not least the hotel offered a photograph exhibition.

Nothing really. The only potential negativity could be that the nearest parking lot is within a 10minutes walking distance.

The bed was comfortable.

I did not like that there was no one on reception after 8pm. We were given a WhatsApp number If there was any problems but I don’t use WhatsApp. We had no TV which I like when I am travelling with my son and no telephone in the room. We were given a room at the very top of the house which I was not too pleased about. This is maybe something the booking agents should show when we are booking- which room is being offered at the time of booking. We were given a room on the very top floor. I suffer from sore legs. - there was an elevator up 2 floors, however, there were another 2 small flights of stairs which had no full hand rail and I had to hold on to the wall. This room was quite big for how the air conditioning was situated. The bathroom was lovely. A little mixed up though, with phone chargers in the bathroom only and a kettle also but no plain English tea bags or milk on offer. The bath was the eye catcher which my teenage son loved, however poor thing had to spend some time on a chair trying to hang towels up on the open windows on the bathroom doors- as there were no curtains. I had to use the same devise as you could see the bath from the bed in the bedroom. Seemed a little silly really. Breakfast:I would have expected to have been served a hot pot of tea for this over priced hotel instead of having to use a self service machine. The only hot part of the breakfast were eggs and they took a long time to serve,mine were a little under cooked and when mentioned came back over cooked. The staff seemed very lovely and gentle. I have stayed in many hotels and sometimes check out can go a little over. I would see In most hotels that this is not a problem as usually they have plenty of hotel rooms to clean and prepare for the day ahead so one or two late checkouts especially 20 mins would not be an issue. Well I was not impressed when I paid €300 for this room and we got a knock from management at 12.20pm just as we happened to be leaving, to remind us of checkout
