La recepción es 24 horas por lo que es muy cómodo para el checking. Además se les deja las llaves al salir para que no tengas que preocuparte por ellas. El personal de la recepción es encantador. Absolutamente todas las personas que estaban en la recepción durante las 24 horas eran muy agradables. Instalaciones limpias y la ubicación está bien ya que no es el centro del ciudad y se puede aparcar sin problemas.

Instalaciones correctas, nada excepcional. En calidad precio me parece muy descompensado, caro para lo que es. Aunque claro, fuimos en temporada alta. Lo peor las camas. Colchones durísimos y almohadas finas, con poco relleno. Yo que tengo problemas de espalda/cuello y estuve cinco noches, no me fue muy bien.

The gentleman who welcomed me at the reception desk seemed lovely and genuine. The hotel location and value for money was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Just sad to have missed the breakfast as I had to leave earlier than the start of the breakfast service.

Comfortable bed

Defenetely too expensive for the services offered, 973,17 Euro upfront and visitors tax. Breakfast is not included, and no minibar in the room, out of two chairs, one was broken, and upon arrival we found a dirty sink. I asked a gin&tonic to bring to the room, and I was given paper cup, instead of glass. I assured that I would bring back the glass later on, but still was refused the glass. Internet is not stable, and as I was there for work, it was an extra nuisance. For the rest is comfortable, but defenetely not for that price.

We had to make an emergency late night booking due to our flight being cancelled. The welcome we received from the night manager was wonderful. Friendly, informative, efficient and helpful. He even gave us a hand getting heavy suitcases up to the second floor. The central stairway and panelled doors leant an unexpected charm to the building. Our room was large, well laid out and better equipped than the apartment we'd stayed in for our actual holiday. It was almost a shame we weren't unpacking and using all the lovely storage. All the staff we met were lovely.

The mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable, leading to a broken night's sleep. Such a shame. I would recommend the hotel spends out on sprung mattresses. Then they will truly be worth a five star review, and a return booking.

Unfortunately, the noise. The hotel is like small rooms across a staircase and you can hear everything (closing doors to people talking in the hall). Without this, I would have given it a 9/10!

Perfect location to explore the city for a few days. Really friendly staff which always is a bonus!

Downside is no hairdryer in the room

Lovely staff at front desk, especially Juan Luis. good location and I was able to park my rental car nearby with no problems.

it’s a no frills hotel …. but spotless. nothing I didn’t really like

Very good location and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Didn’t eat breakfast here so unable to give feedback on that. Small bar in hotel which I didn’t expect.

Single room was quite small and basic but it was clean, good shower and very clean which was good.
