The hotel is located near the centre city and all the attraction places its only 15 minutes by walking . The breakfast was amazing.

Sehr gute Lage, Innenstadt zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, Tiefgarage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, Stauraum wurde gut bedacht (inkl. Kofferablage und Schuhschrank).
Das Bad war sehr schön und groß, genügend Platz für alle persönlichen Gegenstände.
Was wir besonders toll fanden war die Möglichkeit, sich mittels Wasserkocher Tee im Zimmer zuzubereiten.
Im Kühlschrank waren zwei Flaschen Wasser gratis und ein kleiner Panetone-Kuchen hat die Ankunft im Zimmer versüßt.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es war für jeden etwas dabei, sogar glutenfreies Brot. Freunde von Süßem kommen aber auch voll auf ihre Kosten.;)
Am Silvesterabend gab es in der Lobby ein Buffet mit Aperitif für alle Gäste, was wir eine nette Geste fanden.
Die Lage war auch gut, besonders, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist (5 Gehminuten).
Zur Arena benötigt man 20 Minuten.
Wir können das Hotel voll empfehlen.
Leider wurden unseren schmutzigen Teetassen nicht immer ausgewechselt. Das war aber das einzig Negative, was uns einfällt.

Nejutos kā 4 zvaigžņu viesnīcā, laba 3 zvaigžņu.
Bet tā viss lieliski, neko sliktu nevaru teikt.

excellent location to explore the city on foot, 5 mins from the train station, very polite and friendly staff, allowed me (in cooperation with booking) to amend my reservation for free, despite I was supposed to pay for this. highly recommend.

We booked this hotel specifically as I planned to arrive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen by bus whereas my wife from Budapest by car. In the end my Flixbus ride was cancelled and hence we arrived by car together. This largely eliminated the advantage of the location. Our reservation was in order, we received our room quickly.
The rooms are extremely small in the hotel and if one spends a longer period of time over there it is not too pleasant. When I asked for the wifi code (as I had to work a little while traveling for not a professional reason) it had to be written down by the receptionist (why there is no card containing it) and when I paid for the room competence of one employee was short. I think better training to the employees would be preferable. The parking was sort of "squeezed" difficult to drive in and out although we were traveling by a relatively small car. On comparative basis we concluded that there were other better hotels in Verona, often at a somewhat lower price.
