The living space was lovely and the balcony

Bedrooms could maybe do with a little freshen up but we’re good for our stay

Where to begin!!!……., - First point- not designed for families- ! -We had to hand wash all of the cutlery, dishes. & glasses and grill before even using them as they weren’t clean. - Couldn’t even use the drainer because it was covered in grease and grime. -Main shower head not working in bottom bedroom. - Water was so hot you couldn’t shower in it , in the other en-suite . - I burnt my wrist whilst washing up—VERY DANGEROUS -Patio furniture was broken- there were 6 of us and only 4 working chairs- -Patio door has a gap around it so will never close properly. (Even though we text the owner and he said there was a certain way do it- ) I have a photo of the gap if people really want to see it’s not fitted properly- - the living room was freezing as the patio door doesn’t shut properly - we now know why there are heaters everywhere as the heating only worked in the bathrooms and the hall! - the front door has been kicked in at some point and this made it very hard to lock - and potentially not secure which was a worry! - there was continuous banging in the apartment block till around 4 am both nights- and I mean every 10 minutes people were in and out of each others rooms- - dishwasher only had one shelf and then after I had loaded it- it didn’t work- we text the owner but no reply- ( after I spent money on some dishwasher tablets!) - it is a very busy accommodation that has a lot of people in and out - the flat next to us was very inconsiderate and banged the door up until 4 am- - Comes to something when we will leave the property cleaner than we found it. -After the original text from the owner about the door , we didn’t hear anything back from him about the shower and dishwasher not working. - Owner didn’t reply to our texts whilst at the property - overall a very expensive 2 nights away and a disappointing stay.

Very spacious and clean, all the stuff you need for your stay and more.

A little bit outdated in the smaller bathrooms.

Great location well worth the few days away,only issue we had was main shower water too hot could not turn down.

Excellent Location to enable you to get out and fully enjoy all aspects of city life without the need to worry about getting anywhere. The penthouse is a great space however it is very very rundown and in need of a lot of TLC to make it as special as it deserves to be. Car Parking a big plus too.

As stated the place is in desperate need of some repairs and care and attention. We arrived late on Friday evening to no heating and no hot water - despite them being aware of our late arrival. we had no hot water until lunchtime the day after our arrival, no heating in the main bedroom as the radiator was leaking and had been disconnected. The main shower in the en-suite had no temperature control on it either once we got hot water. The sink in the second bedroom en-suite was blocked upon arrival and remained blocked when we left. The balcony door was broken and therefore you couldn’t close unless you knew the special way of doing it and the windows in the lounge also would not close.
