שהינו במלון הדירות שנמצא במרחק כמה דקות ממלון החדרים. הדירה היתה ממש מעולה. מעוצבת ומסודרת להפליא. היה בה כל המתקנים הנצרכים. מטבח מאובזר לשהייה ארוכה. מקרר גדול. מיזוג לימים חמים. חימום לימים קרים. שני חדרי רחצה גדולים עם אמבטיה. זרם המים מצוין ונעים. החדרים מפנקים ברמה גבוהה. המקום נמצא בסמיכות לרכבת המרכזית כך שההגעה היא נוחה. ניתן לטייל ברגל לכל המקום שיש לניוקאסל להציע. נהר הטיין, הגשרים, פריימרק, מדרחוב ועוד והכל במרחק של עד עשרים דקות הליכה.

הכתובת של המקום הביאה אותנו למלון החדרים ובקבלה הכווינו אותנו למלון הדירות מה שהתגלה כהסבר לא ברור ולא מצאנו את המקום. אבל כשחזרנו אליהם התלווה אלינו איש צוות כך שהם בסופו של דבר היו בסדר.

Location so central. The price was very good. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly. Room had minibar/kettle tea coffee making facilities. Iron.Fan Safety - late at night security checked what room we were in on entering the hotel.

Double bed against wall. But knew before we arrived. Room was brilliant for the price we paid.

The location of the hotel is fantasist, central for shopping and to get to the arena. Able to order food to the hotel. Only a few minute walk from the station

The staff are incredibly rude. The rooms are tiny. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable.

Everything was amazing, bed was comfortable, everything was clean, they gave us coffee and tea. Bathtub was a good thing to relax in our stay! 100% recommended :)

Great location. Close to station. Central. Reception staff friendly and allowed early check in.

Room far too hot. A lot hotter than outside. So hot I was sweating getting ready. Had to ask for a fan because there was no air con. Walls were scuffed. Bathroom was tiny. Water in shower did not run cool so couldn’t even freshen up with a cold shower. It was 14 degrees outside, no idea why it was so hot. The floors were really noisy and you could hear all the foot traffic in the corridor. Considering the price it was not good value.

We love staying here. Great location and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

This time our room was very hot and despite having 3 large windows only one of them opened a tiny bit. Breakfast did take a long time to be served too, I had eaten mine from the buffet and my husband was still waiting for his order.

Stayed several times, definitely won't be the last. Great atmosphere, comfy and clean. Attentive staff. Fabulous location. Excellent price. One of my top 10 of all time hotels. Would definitely recommend 👌

The ceiling of our room looked like it was about to fall in. Dirty marks on walls. Mold on shower screen. Tapping of the radiator all night long. The pillow are like paving slabs.....

Only issue I found, the apartment check in is actually around the back of the building not the main hotel. Waited for 20 minutes in the queue to get into the hotel to be told it's elsewhere

There was a party on and me and my partner didn't get to sleep until after midnight due to loud music and we both had work the next day. I work in the Lake District and was late driving back just think on Checkin they should of informed us about the potential noise!

Room was a bit small for two people sharing. No Aircon so very warm in the rooms. Fan provided but it wasn't great.

Room was stifling hot no air con, car park not well sign posted, we missed it and ended up parking in a multi storey, breakfast nice but not well organised, buffet style but menu on table for alternatives yet no one came to take an order

The staff at the reception was nice and very helpful. Great location opposite the train station and close to the city centre.
