The rooms were comfortable, clean the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was good with a large selection. The hotel is modern and clean.

We love this hotel as it's close to the train station and many attractions, the staff are great particularly Yana and Scott who are knowledgeable about local events and suggest things to suit our needs as we are regular guests

Found a Hair in my breakfast, prices of the food bit expensive

Room was spacious,comfortable and clean,bed was comfy and bath an added bonus

Nice property, the room we were in could do with some decoration and repairs.

•The location of the hotel was great. •Despite having a few issues during our stay the staff were friendly and happy to help. •The room itself was nice with a big TV and comfortable bed.

•upon arrival we were given the wrong room •our keycards stopped working multiple times throughout our stay so we had to get them reset • The hallways were smelly and there were plates left outside rooms in the morning that were still sat there when we got back late at night. •The window cover to our room was loose and falling off making it hard to open and didn’t block out any road noise • There was only one half used toilet paper roll in our room when we got there so had to ask for more •Many stains on the carpets •There were stains on a few of our towels upon arrival and one of them had something wet thick and orange on it • The cleaning staff were super noisy and at 10 had loud music playing and were shouting to each other down the halls whilst stood right outside our room that had a please keep it down sign on.
