Mi-a plăcut ca fostă piscina ca în poze totul ca în poze foarte frumos ca și locație micul dejun bun și a avut și o zonă de relaxare cu șemineu și bar doar că nu a apărut și acel biliard din poze
La intrare în proprietate m-a întâmpinat o recepționeră pe care am Am poreclit-o Moby Dick pentru că era 8/8 foarte arogantă cu mâinile în sân mai ales atunci când ar trebui să facem ce chinul dar după ce am urcat la etaj am văzut camera am venit și i-am spus că nu este camera pe care am rezervat o și că nu are 25 m² pentru că noi am rezervat o cameră dublă gold și mi-a dat o cameră triplă camera dublă gold avea balcon a fost foarte arogantă cu mine sân se enervase că de ce vrem noi altă cameră și că asta apare ei in rezervare. Foarte nesimtita doamna.

Location of the hotel is excellent as well as the flexibility and assistance in case of modifications of the reservation.
The facilities are quite old, the swimming pool was missing some tiles and the steaming bath did not work. The room did not lock from the inside and there was also no A/C which is a major downfall in the summer period. We were obliged to keep the window open at all times, which does not have an insect screen. The fridge in the room was not working. No possibility to pay by card and no water available in the lobby bar. The same person works at the reception and the lobby bar at the same time which makes either service very very slow. To sum up the hotel is not the worst, but it is certainly not a 4 star accommodation. I would not recommend for the price.

Location
We were with a baby (the hotel was informed) and we were placed in the noisiest room possible. The restaurant and the spa center were accessible only with stairs, which made it impossible for us with a baby stroller. The room has the unpleasant smell as it has been smoked inside for long time.

The room was spacious and the view was amazing. Staff was polite.
The bathroom was in a really bad condition considering the stars of the hotel.

Swimming pool and spa were clean and it was very nice to use it after a long day off ski.
The rooms were too warm, even with the heater off.
Breakfast only starts at 8am and the first shuttle to the gondola is at 8.30am, it only takes 6 people at the time these makes difficult if you want to get to the gondola before the queue gets big.

It was cold in the room which was not the case for the shared corridors. I asked the staff to double check the heating system for me. Regress of that, nothing changed. The room remained cold during the whole stay.
In addition, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom furniture needs renovation.
Also, about the restaurant— there were no given hours about breakfast/lunch/dinner. At 10am there was already no one in the restaurant, at 13:30/14 it was the same case.

The view of the mountains was amazing. The spa was big and clean . Staff was very polite . we enjoyed every minute in that hotel. we would definitely go again.

The location is ok, the lobby is nice & the bar is cheap. The hotel overall (rooms + restaurant + lobby) is warm.
The rooms werent clean, same as the towels.
The personal is unkind, the light in WC was broken - we asked them twice to change it and they still didn't. The food is awful, the breakfast is silly. Eggs were served only after 8.15am.
First shuttle to Gondola should be in 08.00 but we were informed that the driver arrives in 8.15 and he skips the 08.00 transfer. First available is 08.30 - for 6 persons only.
The amenities in the SPA werent working, only the sauna & pool which has water temp of 28.5C

Room - enough for 2. Super comfy and large bed. Nice bathroom. Cosy terrace to watch thunder storms from in the mountain and enjoy it. Super big meals when on a set menu.
TV set place - too inconvenient to watch by 2 people. No shelves in the wardrobe. 1/2 SPA amenities did not work.

clean, close to the city center, personnel
the air condition was missing from the room, even if we stayed 1 night was very umpleasant especialy cause the room was in the second floor, no view, next to the place where they burn stuff and a smell of burn was in the room since we made the check in. innitialy we said is something that will not last, but we needed to sleep with the window open and at 3 a.m. was not able to breathe in the room. we did not changed the room - was too late and with a child with us. personnel was informed at check out and they said that if they were announced they would have changed the room… hotel was not full, they have not to gave an room on that area - for sue other guests complaint so far.

Very friendly staff, good location close to the center and river, big rooms.
There was no air conditioner in the room and during summer it becomes quite hot. The pool was big enough but not very clean.
