I like that the staff is very kind and let me check out a couple of hours after 11am. They also helped me with everything I needed,like hot drinking water

didn't pay for the breakfast this time, as I already stayed there in August and the breakfast was very limited. Was not very keen on the room they gave me, just by the entrance door,but they had not other available. I was awaken by everyone coming and going early in the morning. So my advice is...ask to be given a room at the upper floor

I lost money booking in the above hotel. I left the place immediately after seeing the hotel.

No proper reception counter. No one to handle or listen you needs. No kitchen or restaurant. Looked shabby.

reception is not attentive, breakfast timings is late..mentioned 8:30 am..as my return flight at 9am, unable to take my breakfast.

The only good thing was that it was close to airport but there are many other hotels at same price which are even more close to the airport..

The room AC was not working. The price on booking.com will vary. We pre booked this hotel on a higher rate and it was much cheaper on the check in date. The rooms are small and there is no ventilation. No exhaust in the washroom it feels claustrophobic. Talking about the breakfast it was even worse. Only Appam was served no side dish with it. Not even Sambhar. They expected us to eat that dry Appam only. Bread was there but with no butter. We asked them for some butter but they refused Bluntly that it's over and we can't give butter. We repeatedly asked for some alternative but they kept on ignoring. No one was there to help us with the luggage as well.

Accidentally booked 2 rooms instead one room. Same was informed to both booking.com customer care and the property.None has even responded back. Booking.com customer care executive promised a refund with Zero cancelation charges when "I CALLED, BUT AFTER THAT ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE"

Fan and air-condition were not working. Queen bed for 2 adults and 1 child was not enough. There was no other room with larger bed

Airport is nearby. But a railway gate crossing to the airport makes the travel horrible.

I have stayed so many days in this hotel. When asked for 2 hr delayed check out on the last day they first agreed in the morning and later they demanded Rs400 additional charge. Myself and my wife were forced to check out suddenly from the hotel with very limited time to pack our belongings. Anothet major problem is mobile phone will not work anywhere in this hotel due poor signal. Very poor behaviour from the management. Do not recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

We needed a room for one night to catch a morning flight. The room was Ok for this purpose.

The location is close to airport hardly 2kms.Room was clean and staffs were nice. Good for a short nap if you have a midnight flight to board or need a short break after a long flight.

Room wasn't spacious , had little space to keep all the luggages. But for the room price this was a good enough option.
