La habitación está dentro de una casa familiar, dentro de un conjunto seguro,la familia que nos recibió fueron amables, toda familiar te recibe, tiene aire acondicionado, el baño está pasando el pasillo. entra lus por la ventana desde temprano.

Adriana et Luis ont une conception extraordinaire de l'accueil. Immédiatement, nous avons été intégré à leur environnement quotidien, famille et amis. Nous sommes arrivés chez eux le 22 décembre au soir, après un transfert en bus de plus de 25h. Dès le lendemain, Adriana et Luis nous ont mis à l'aise et nous ont proposé de nous joindre à eux et à leurs amis pour le réveillon de Noël qui avait lieu chez les parents de Luis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste qui visait à nous intégrer, avec cette pensée : que personne ne doit être seul un soir de Fête. Très important pour nous cette démarche. Nous sommes heureux d'avoir découvert de nouvelles traditions. Adriana est au petit soin avec ses invités. Elle leur fait découvrir les produits locaux, traditionnels (le petit déjeuner traditionnel colombien le 24 décembre),, les jus de fruits locaux avec des fruits inconnus pour nous. Visite guidée de jour et de nuit de la ville. Adriana et luis n'ont pas omis de nous faire quelques recommandations d'usage. Nous avons pu utiliser pleinement la terrasse. Un vrai atout. Nous recommandons cet hébergement à 100 %. Merci à tous les 2 pour ce merveilleux séjour. Merci également à Marta, Oscar, Doris et Gérard. Nous les invitons à séjourner chez nous en France. Nous leur ferons découvrir un petit morceau de la Normandie

It was clean

I booked a room with a private bathroom and no where on the description does it mention it is an external bathroom, if it stated this I would not have booked the property. This property is a small homestay in a gated community, when you put the name of the property in google maps, it takes you somewhere different, I had to ask my Uber driver to contact the owner to get the exact direction There is no signage outside the property, makes it extremely difficult to find the place, even though the owner knew I was nearby he did not even both to come out of the house to try and find me. On entering the property and discovering the situation with the bathroom the owner wanted me to call Booking customer service which I was not prepared to do after a long journey and at 2200 It is a 20 minute walk or a taxi to get to the centre. I’m a solo female traveller, I have never stayed anywhere before where the owner made me feel extremely uncomfortable, he was rude, almost to the point of threatening behaviour, I felt very apprehensive and slightly scared by his strange behaviour. He just sat in his chair, didn’t even bother to get up when I made the payment, totally unprofessional. He did not tell me anything about the property or the amenities, I believe the amenities listed are also incorrect on booking site

Oscar Luis was always available to help us with transportation and any questions that we had. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. About 10 minutes taxi (12 000 pesos and you’re downtown Getswmani) and come back to a very relaxing area. As much filtered water as you need. Great value for the price!

Thankyou to Fernando & Adriana for the comfortable stay. The apartment was clean & lovely, use of the kitchen & laundry area. Bathroom is well set up & bedroom was comfortable.

Stayed in the same area beforehand & paid less. The area outside of the barrio La espanola is a little dodgy - just be safe when walking around outside of the barrio at night. Also no signage when looking for the accommodation. Nothing really to complain with the actual accommodation:)

I really had a nice 4 night stay with Fernando, his family and their little cute badger dog Jerry.

Luis was a great host.

The room was very hot even with the fan going and the window open. My friend came and she left because it was just too hot to hang out. There was no TV in the room as shown in the description. Internet was okay. The heat made the stay very uncomfortable and not being able to cool the room. The shower does not get hot, but I would say lukewarm at best.
