The location was alright, approx. 20 minutes to the old town. The bedroom was nice and comfortable too.

The bathroom was under complete construction which we weren't aware of when booking. After the booking the owner told us they had only to 'take down some piles' which in my opinion is not true to the situation. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't close at all and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was poorly facilitated and was lacking for example glasses, a bottle opener, a toaster... Also, it's extremely loud inside due to the main street and the tram right in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, we came back to the apartment quite late and only saw the many flaws in the evening. Otherwise, we would hve for sure asked for a compensation. I have been staying in quite a lot of accommodations with similar pricing and I can say that it is extremely overpriced for a very low value. I don't recommend this accommodation.

Poor communication with the owner. I sent three emails asking for a toaster which we couldn't find in the apartment, athough it was written in the description. I never got an answer. Bathrobes don't exist in the apartment.

Good location if you are not going to sleep till 2 a.m. and get up at 6 a.m. due to riding trams and noisy night club visitors next to the windows. And yes, the bathroom door is still broken.

Perfect location with good bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Good host and pleasant experience.

Very nice, bright and warm (I was there in a cold period) apartment, full equipeed with all what is needed. Great internet connection and good communication with the host. Not exactly in the touristic city center but still walking distance there.

Gas for cooking in the kitchen was out of order

The apartment is located in a central district of Riga on a fancy street. The apartment is well equipped and has quite many amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible, totally recommend it.

The apartment building is kind of old with some very steep staircase, which seemed strange for the first time. The apartment has a few signs of usage, the cleanness could be a bit better. The bathroom due to its location has no heating, so it might be a bit cold during winter, and its door can't be closed as you get stuck. Besides the minor negative sides, you can easily spend some days there.

Really enjoyed the spaciousness, furniture, ornamented high ceiling. The apartment gets a bit noisy as it overlooks a road with the trams and traffic, but that’s part of the charm as you will hear and see the business of the vibrant city. Everything looks exactly like the photos, no surprises. The windows are big and give a lot of daylight during the day. Apartment is conveniently located close to cosy side streets with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes by foot to the city centre.

Its great location for visit Riga.

There wasn't free private parking as was stated, parking in public place and need to use dissabled person's sign.. Also was so hot that hard to breath, no air conditioner and windows direct to main street so from very early morning noices from the street.

Very noisy, trams goes almost by the window. due to no AC you have to open windows, and there is very uncomfortable to sleep. Also no air conditioning, so in June it was to stuffy in room.
