There was nothing to not like

The room was amazing, beautiful super king size bed and a fireplace. All the staff were extremely friendly and the food was incredible!

Nothing, the stay was perfect!

We loved it. We had a really nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious room. We ate in the restaurant. The food and drink were excellent. The service was super. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and really keen to be helpful. We were made to feel really welcome.

Food was great. The staff were all friendly and offered help and advice. Parking was no problem.

Water pressure of the shower, we booked 2 rooms both showers were a trickle.

Car parking great, covered by CCTV told best place to park my motorcycle on hard standing. Food is great and very reasonable prices (drinks as well). Lovely staff.

Breakfast service was like Fawlty Towers. We waited nearly an hour for two cooked breakfasts when it was early and not at all busy in the dining room. Coffee came and was returned twice as there was no actual coffee in the cup just hot milk. Some of our party didn’t get their drinks at all, some had the wrong orders. The buffet help yourself element of the meal was rudimentary- I haven’t seen Kellogg’s variety packs for years!

We had beds for three in our room but only one bath towel and one hand towel. I mentioned this when we left and was told that I should have buzzed down. No phone in the room so I would have had to google the number for the hotel and then ring from my mobile. Whilst dripping wet from the shower….

Staff were very friendly.

Hi just wanted to say the whole place was outstanding.thank you very much for your hospitality.

Very noisy water pipework which kept whinning every time someone in the neighbouring rooms used the toilet or water. Sadly,so noisy it kept me awake so I got about 4 hours sleep in all.

Friendly, efficient and happy staff from the moment we arrived.

perfect location for us. extremely good value for money. the staff were courteous and the beds really comfy. I would definitely stay again
