Host was so friendly and accommodating, a really lovely lady. Big comfy room with everything we needed. Facilities were great and proximity to the airport made it all so easy for our long flight home. Will stay here again on our next trip.

They 'overbooked' and I was left stranded and alternative accommodation was suggested but there was no willingness to provide an address for me to confirm. Scary stuff!!

I made a booking at B&B Feliciono on bookings.com. I arrived at night and rang the bell. No one answered, then I called the number and then eventually someone answered. His name was Andrea. He told me just to wait outside the gate and that someone was coming. I presumed the person was coming from the inside but then a black car stopped outside and a woman got out and told me to go with her. She could barely speak any English and I can’t speak Italian. She then told me to call the number again and talk to Andrea. He told me to get into the car, this is around 10:30 pm at night. When I asked where I am going he just said to me ‘Don’t worry, go with her go with her, it’s a beautiful place, don’t worry’, he wasn’t even willing to provide me with an address. So I refused to go with this woman as this is: 1. Not the place I booked with a bookings.com confirmed address 2. I don’t have the other suggested address 3. I don’t speak the language 4. I am a woman traveling by myself 5. It’s 10:30 pm 6. I have no idea where I really am I am so shocked that this is even allowed on bookings.com. This is a serious safety concern and considering the times we live in. I was fortunate to have some Italian friends, that live close to Florence, that were able to help me find a hotel nearby, book it and pay it for me. Also my friend was able to speak to the lady over the phone and she said I was going to stay to with her sister, they have a room there. And in all this I still wasn’t given any address to verify. I am sure you can agree that this is not okay. Being expected to get into a car with a stranger, at night, with no idea where I am going is an impossible situation to be put in and incredibly unsafe! I booked this accommodation months ago, paid a week before my arrival and even told the guy my arrival time on the day to which he responded. Not once was there any mention of over booking or the likelihood of alternative accommodation.

The transfer the hotel offered was not provided. I couldn’t reach them on the phone and had to wait in yhe airport for more than one hour at night. Not acceptable. And they wanted to charge me for it(( In the morning they insisted I check out an hour before the check-out time. Were not polite at all. And they don’t speak English. So just be prepared.

Very clean, owner really nice, owner will drive you to the airport and made it very convenient and easy as well as better priced than a taxi. Great if you are staying a night to get to the airport. We walked to the beach and had drinks and then dinner by the ocean and kids got to swim.

Didn't bother us at all but if you like really quiet you can hear people outside and dogs barking alittle bit plus if any people come in late at night since it is a B&B.

Super friendly hosts. There was a free coffee machine with original Italian coffee. The room was super clean.

The place was simple but good enough for a quick stay. We stayed one night only for a flight in the early morning the next day. Arrived at night and the hostess got there to welcome us. She didn't speak English so it wasn't easy but she tried.

It is unfortunate that even when it is so close to the airport, taxis will charge 25-30 euros (cash of course...) to take you there. I know it is not up to the B&B, but it is something to consider, since I was expecting to stay close so I wouldn't have to spend too much time or money in and out of the airport.

There was no breakfast. We had to leave too early but that was ok because neither of us cared to eat at 3:30 AM. Maurizio, who picked us up at the airport and took us back the next morning was wonderful. Friendly, efficient. He advised us to leave earlier than we had intended the morning of our flight. It was excellent advice! Extraordinary of him to rise and drove us to the airport at 4:15 AM. There was a nice kitchen area with a coffee maker, which was much appreciated. There was also a lovely sitting area outside our room where we had a bit of dinner. There is a grocery store and pizzeria within walking distance. Very convenient for the night before an early morning flight.

The kitchen/common room area shared a wall with our room that was right against the bed. When someone came in to use the areas, the sounds carried into our room and it was difficult to get to sleep while that was going on. We were in bed early because of our early flight, so it was disconcerting not to be able to get right to sleep.

Friendly people, nice apartments, clean and comfortable. The owner take me to the buss station on my first day until I could found my way around and than on my departure offered to drive me to the airport 🛫 saving me a hassle so great people.

There was NO running water in any of the taps of the 3 bathrooms that we booked, neither in the kitchen. The host never reply any of the messages regarding to this situation. We couldn't take a shower, neither brush out teeth.

We spent one night because we had a flight 6am and wanted to stay close to Fiumiciono Airport. The location is 10min from the airport and in a residencial area. There are not much thing to do around and we just had dinner nearby and slept. For this purpose the accomodation is great.

It's clean, quiet and welcoming. The coffee machine in the morning was a nice surprise. To go to the airport you can either ask for a transfer or you walk until the bridge (2km) and you take the public bus for 1€)

Perfect place if you have early flight. Hosts are very nice and friendly, they helped us to get to the airport at 4:30 am.

Our room was close to the kitchen, so we heard everything what was happening there. I believe, we also made some other people night not comfortable as we were leaving very early and wanted to have coffee.
