The room is located in a nice area and the house is pretty. It is easy to visit the city centre by car. The landlord was very nice and tried to answer our questions even though he didn't speak English.

Beautiful house and big garden
Bed is a little small and a little soft for my taste.

Location is in the nice area, however, if travelling by public transport it is a bit far from the closest bus stop. Especially in evenings, it's not easy to get to Roubaix or Lille since last transport is around 10pm. We came to see a concert in the Colisèe in Roubaix and had difficulty getting back after the concert.
Somehow I thought it's a B&B but it turns out it's just a downstairs bedroom that is being offered in an otherwise private house.
It is close to Villa Cavrois, so that's nice. And the garden of the property is lovely and private.
The bed mattress should be definitely changed and upgraded. Same goes for sleeping pillows. And the room itself would benefit from regular airing and freshness as it felt a bit damp.
Otherwise it's nicely decorated and is a pleasant room.

Lovely green and quiet location in an industrial bordertown. It feels like finding a gem. Proper bathroom, good bed and nice breakfast. All well arranged,l and communicated.

Delicious Breakfast, lovely location
I didnt realise the room had an ensuite but it didnt include a toilet. Which really wasnt a problem as it was next door but we werent expecting that

A very comfortable and attractive home in a lovely quiet location. Our room was delightful with double doors opening onto the garden, and a large comfortable bed. The little extras such as fridge, kettle, large bottle of water, biscuits and chocolates were greatly appreciated and the well-appointed en suite bathroom also had nice little extras.
Because no restaurants were open, Ophelie cooked a delicious dinner for us which was excellent value as it included wine, cheese as well as a main course and dessert. Breakfast was excellent as well and Ophelie and her husband were charming and fun to talk to.

Very beautiful house. Good bed. Perfect for one night. Towels and all needed is there :) Personal is very helpfull and easy to communicate.
