Het was een mooi ruim rustig gelegen B&B. De mooi aangelegde en goed onderhouden tuin (met zwembad) was een aanrader. De eigenaresse sprak voldoende Engels om mee te kunnen communiceren. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende, met eigengemaakte jam, iedere dag een andere ook eigengemaakte zoete taart en kaas. Wij mochten onze eigen fietsen in de garage stallen.

Persoonlijk miste ik vlees als broodbeleg. Op deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig.

The host is very warm, and welcoming. There is a nice and warm swimming pool. The garden is just beautiful, and the house is very clean.

The acoustic isolation is poor, you hear every noise outside the room.

It was refreshing to be in a serene, quiet environment with a lovely garden. The breakfast was very nice - all homemade by the owner.

The landlady (fluent in French) also spoke very good English and was very pleasant and helpful, providing us with local maps and recommending a very good local restaurant. Breakfast included homemade bread, homemade jams and marmalades, homemade walnut cake and tarts, fruit, cheese and yoghurt.

It is hard to fault our stay. The bedrooms had a slightly downward sloping ceiling on one side which could have presented a problem - but I never bumped my head and I am just over 1.8m tall.

Hospitality with much passion, excellent staying, breakfast exclusively with home made ingredients only ! Helpful information on public transport to centre of Lille received, even the plans.

Everything was perfect, exceeded expectations, value for money !

Although easy to access, the house was fairly secluded and quiet, on a small cul-de-sac. It has a lovely garden. The room was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable (window view to the front of the house). A very good shower! Isabel was an excellent hostess and very helpful. A very good breakfast - home-made bread, cheese, home-made rhubarb tart, home-made jams, fruit juice and very good coffee.

The bed was a little firm.

Tube/subway station very close with free parking. A real bonus!!

Noise from adjoining room kept us awake. Breakfast a little sparse in terms of choice. No croissants or eggs.
