I like everything. I was in Thailand last year, in PhiPhi island, and, for me, perhentian islands are better than the others, because is not really bussy and the people from the island are really good and polite people.

I like everything. The thing, for saying one, that like less is the price for the room. I think the price for our hotel is a little bit expensive.

Great location, great view, clean rooms

The drain smell coming from the toilets near the lobby really needs to be fixed. You can smell it while swimming and it damages the overall great experience at the hotel

Room and amenities, complimentary snacks and drinks was great. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Will come back with family. Perhaps more drinking water can be provided on daily basis or a in-room water dispensar would be great!

I like that this resort is near to the jetty

Not all your staffs are friendly. Just some of them. Pamela needs to learn how to communicate well with people. . She bad mouth about guests in front of me and commenting on how i wanted to pay for the dessert.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. very closed to the beach

we have to hike more than 1km to the hotel with the kids and luggages because they dropped us at the coral bay jetty. No alternatives provided nor the staff to assist us even though i’m 8 months pregnant. Even when we spoke to the receptionist and the manager, they didn’t offer any solution and I have to find solutions myself by asking the boatmen around if they can help. We were not told earlier that Mimpi’s jetty was closed as I would have cancelled this trip if I was informed earlier.

we went there in early march 23, the weather is bad. boat cant send us to the nearest jetty. they drop us in coral bay. so we had to walk across the jungle about 1.2km to reach our hotel. not advice to go to perhentian in march.
