I love everything about my stay. I got a free upgrade to serambi room. Amazing view, staff were very nice and the breakfast were delicious.

Food prices are expensive and pool is so deep. Hard for non swimmers like us.

Maintenance of The property no Room Service its very dangerous To Swim at tge SEA too many Foreign workers - for cleaning, and the Room is not well maintained PLUS they cant speak english Nor Malay unless u can speak URDU (mostly Nepalese, Bangladesh folks) the F&B is very expensive - some may opt To Find food outside but as for us WHO choose this kind of places would Wish To be in the resort and seri for everything here can be costly the spa Service is good but way too expensive its difficult To contact the main Area or asking for help around like for towels, To clean the gazebos… we had To Call from our mobile and Call the land Line . which nobody pick Up. there should be WA system for this like SPA centre. during peak holiday - too many Kids . couple like us should only opt for weekdays which is not very helpful

the privacy, location and nature

the hotel is obviously understaffed, the hotel surrounding is not well maintained, pot holes on entrance road, grass in front of hotel room is not cut.

Going to Tg Jara during monsoon, there is not so many activities to be done here. But the environment and scenery so breathtaking. We enjoyed so much. Definitely will come back again.

The resort is not wheelchair friendly.

The food in the main restaurant was exceptional. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Especially Babul at the pool and Chef Jean who was greeting diners. Rooms were great.

Housekeeping came very late in the day even though we rang and asked at 11am. Gardens need maintenance.

The exclusivity, the low density, the building materials and architecture.. Its YTL, so no surprises
