poor check in sop - everything need to be ask THRU WHATSAPP. for me WS is personal. i don’t like having to trouble myself to ask every question. usually, staying at timurbay is hassle free everyhing can refer booking.com but this time, it’s the opposite aiyoo. need to transfer money, need to ask when can get details, need to confirm, need to always keep in touch. we don’t prefer this kind of customer engagement
method of payment - i don’t prefer to have any procedure outside booking.com. host does not accept cc or debit. but stated on booking.com can accept. in fact, only cash and online payment. such a hassle. and i want to avoid from being scammed.
not cooking friendly - this is not my first stay at timurbay so i will absolutely compare with previous one. we usually cook our own food during previous stays because everything is provided as per stated in booking,com and this property provide none even stated was they provide. everything upon request. previous provide everything include cooking ingredient, so i’m expecting the same. sadly no.
shower not working properly, cannot switch shower head, water leaking keep coming out, the pump broken i think idk.
hope the host management can do something about this. i love staying at timur bay. My Seasons need to improve a lot of things.

Anak2 suka sgt sampai taknak balik. bilik bersih dan cantik.. org yg uruskan pun okay. Ramah. Nak mandi kolam senang. Nak ke pandai pun dekat

the facilities and the variety type of pool. the kids really enjoy their swimming session.
the pillow is dirty, the aircond is dusty and uncovered. But, once i request for the pillow cover, they send it to us straight away.

Definitely the best room ever! Sunrise and sunset view right at our balcony is incredible! Tak rugi book this room

Clean and easy checkin checkout process. Thw swimming pool is amazing with varying shapes and depth. There's also plenty of showers provided at the beach access. The property is just a 2 min walk to the grocer and restaurants. Residence manager is very friendly and helpful.
Just wish there was an elevator at the parking building (maybe there's one i didn't notice)

29 Oktober 2023 . Sy baru je balik dari TimurBay ni memg best sy memang sgt cerewet tentang penginapan tapi Timurbay by my seasons ni memang best. Pool yg best , senang utk mencari makan . Semua kelengkapan dlm bilik semua okay .. aircon yg betul2 sejukk .

Difficult to get to the apartment key. Luckily able to get help from others at the lobby.

Cleanliness is around 70%..during check in can see ants everywhere on the floor, basketbin area there was dirt spot..access card only got 1, everywhere u go must have access card..so movement so limited with only 1 access card

Amazing stay. Love the facilities; the pool, the playground. Easy access to cafe/restaurants. The apartment itself was comfortable, complete with necessities. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy and clear instructions for check in.

First thing first go to see the toilet n bed sheet and the floor , all unclean n smelly and got stain on the bedsheet. Especially the toilet very strong smell 🤢disgusting smell come out from the toilet bowl🤢 .the sink at the kitchen got smell , smell like breast milk 🤢. sofa ,along we staying there we never siting on the sofa smelly n got dirty spot🙄
Taik cicak is everywhere. The water heater spoil alrdy go change new . Pls go n check all your property inside, to those write good review at this particular, pls open your eyes. The view not same like the picture, all the way we staying there see mold building the next residence building .dusty, smelly, floor never moping. The carpark very far far away to reach to the room.

We stayed for a night, really enjoyed its location where everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and bright.
