The property is very close to the centre and the staff were happy to welcome us at 3 am after a late flight.

We had no breakfast as it was not included in the price. Location is very good as it is very close to the centre of Cluj. Personnel was very helpful, and friendly.

they could do with a lift as I was struggling with my bad knees, and had to go to the mezzanine 3 storeys.

It is a good place to stay if you have some business around town. Good price and it is clean. Also parking space but it is a very narrow space.

The location is what i liked the most.

The room was spacious, modern design, all facilities needed.

There was no window in the room, only the door had frosty glass to the inner yard. This was a bit disappointing and will make me check for windows for now on when travelling.

The location of Pensiunea Max close to downtown Cluj-Napoca. I liked the inside yard with parking space as well as the clean facilities. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Room was large, staff was really friendly. Wi-Fi was good, there was AC and refrigerator in the room.

The room was a top floor room, and the ceiling was low in some parts, more than that, there was a beam going through the room from one side to another, and for a taller person it could have caused head injuries, because it wasn't marked with nothing. Housekeeping forgot to empty the trashcan from the previuous guest in the bathroom.

I only liked the general location and not even the street where it´s located which is dark and feels a bit unsafe.

The room was on the ground level which feels unsafe and full of humidity. There´s so much humidity that the bed sheets feel humid. Not comfortable at all. The staff didn´t give me any option to change to any other room at check in even after complaining because theoretically the twin bed rooms are all there. The staff gave me the wifi network & password at check in that i guess it´s used on the upper floor which made me waste time at night trying to make it work until i found the right network and password on the modem. There were no towels in the room when we arrived so I had to ask for them and no cleaning was done. I honestly don´t understand how this place has a good grade on Booking. I guess they´ve managed to trick it and there are many fake reviews on this. I don´t recommend it even for a short stay.

Location was ideal for access to city center. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

The AC did not work. The velux windows were awkward to adjust and not really suitable for the weather in the summer. There was no way of locking the door from the inside.

I was very impressed with my room. It was styled nicely and spotlessly clean. They provide everything you need for your comfort wifi, a nice hot shower and a soft bed. The Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome

On the positive side the room had a great balcony toward a large pleasant area. I could also leave the luggage at the reception after check-out.

I did not know the room was at 3rd. floor without elevator, I did not read this in the room description. The room had a part as an inclined ceiling and I bumped my head to the ceiling once. The shower gel and soap was really diluted and not too much in the dispenser, this was a low quality thing.

I liked that the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was strong and the staff were friendly.

For the price, this is an excellent hotel, nothing to complain about.
