Great location.
Building is split in two, Henry Street and Kent Street, we didn't know this on arrival, spent around 20 minutes trying to find the apartment. Fortunately the maintenance man who happened to be in the building was able to point us in the right direction.
We booked apartment 2 however were given apartment 4. Apartment 4 had not been cleaned, the dining table had been laid with dirty crockery, cutlery and champagne flutes. Plates were very greasy, had to wash hands after handling them. The floors hadn't been swept/hoovered, the beds had hairs on them. Stains and marks all over the carpets in the bedrooms and a dirty kettle etc in the kitchen. Tried contacting the host via WhatsApp as we'd received messages earlier in that way however eventually had to call as the message was unanswered.
We were then moved up a floor to apartment 5 which while slightly cleaner wasn't without it's own issues. The bed in the room with the en-suite had 6 broken slats which thankfully we managed to repair, stained pillows and carpet in that room. The mattress on the divan bed in the second room was all ripped, pillows had what appeared to be blood stains on them. No curtains/blinds in the second bedroom, all blinds throughout the apartment were broken and let the light in. All windows were in need of a good cleaning.
The fridge in the kitchen had a broken door shelf, an issue with water gathering in the area below the main drawer, black residue on the back wall of the fridge. No instructions on how to make the sofa into a bed, advertised as a no smoking accommodation however the tv had been melted and there were cigarette burns on the sofa bed.
Main bathroom had no shower, a dirty bath and what looked like toothpaste streaks on the wall next to the sink.
No WIFI, 2 red lights on the router even after resetting it there was still nothing. Details provided for WIFI password etc were incorrect.

Loved the location.Shory walk to town or Albert Dock. Great nightlife in the area. The size was great especially having 2 bathrooms.
Spacious living area and well equipped kitchen.
Tv didn't work, but after phone call was soon sorted. Balcony hadn't been cleaned so had old chips and cigarette ends on it, reported it and they were removed but not cleaned. Didn't affect our stay much as didn't use balcony. But if owners paying a cleaner to do the job, it should be done properly to give a good impression

Filthy place, urine on thr toilet broken furniture, not working bedroom door, not working tv, no wi fi, corridor stank of urine and marihuana. Flat opposite and directly above had a party from 5pm till 10 am next day. We contacted the customer service for refund and provided some of the pictures, it was 2 weeks ago, not heard since.

we were invited to visit an office, and pay deposit before codes are released. The house has got a few issues when arrival, wifi was not working, bathroom lock was broken, bedside draw was broken, wardrobe was broken, there is not enough cooking faciltiies, no airdryers provide for clothes, to drive, no oven gloves, no oval tray or pizza tray, not enough bedisde lamp in the bedroom, only 2 double rooms, we have booked an apartment with 3 beds in 2 rooms but there wasn't. Thjere has not wifi for the length of time until 2 days before we checked out. Marks on the wall all over, blinds were broken, without any curtains in the house, when we asked for things we neeed, they said they do not provide it.
Poor customer service, handyman did not turn up until after 4 days waiting, he can not even fix anything they promised to fix. handyman told us that he tried to fix the same wardrob and bedside draw so many times and these items are beyond repair.
wifi guy only turn up after 3 days later, so we ended up without wifi for half of the time we stayed.

used condom found under the sofa bed where the ‘clean linen’ was stored for us to use. no bottom sheet to cover the stained sofa bed that we had to sleep on, despite asking for a bottom sheet and being told one would be brought it was not. one pillow for two of us sharing the sofa bed. stained dirty towels. very expensive apartment that was a complete let down! £300 deposit required, despite this now being refunded I think this is absolutely ridiculous! I have only ever been asked by booking.com to keep my card details on record incase they need to charge me for anything. dirty floors that clearly had not been moped. the list goes on!

Not very much.
The apartment was not clean. The sofa was stained. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained, the valence on one of the beds was filthy. The TV didn’t work, there was no lid on the kitchen bin. Work is being done around the building so dirt and dust everywhere from that. The lifts don’t work and we were told they hadn’t worked for months.

The location is just perfect for us to visit our son who staying nearby.

The car drove in very narrow as there are car park along the side to not park there

The kitchen facilities and living room space
i didnt like the bed in main room. The springs in mattress were all broken and jabbed into me which ruined my nights sleep. thankfully the bed in second bedroom was ok but door wouldnt close over properly

The location is good, walking distance to everything in Liverpool center. No need for a car as long as you stay in Liverpool.
Both beds are a disaster. I am still one week later having back pain. This needs to be changed immediately!
The building is in a bad state, very dirty corridors, the carpet hasnt seen any cleaning at all for a long time it seems. Thin walls (you can hear the neighbours talk)

once we go to the office was told apartment was not ready but could leave bags i was text with a code to get in and
which apartment i was allocated the apartment was great and location great for bars restaurants

The flat was in a good area with no noise with easy access to the town.

Location was great and the apartment was just what we were looking for.
The communal areas are a bit grubby so off putting when you get in and outside the building is very dirty which again can be off putting. Also we used the sofa bed but didn't have bedding for it.

Great location, easy to walk around and get to the main sights. The flat was perfect for what we needed i.e. somewhere to sleep and cook for ourselves without having to spend a packet on eating out. Managed to spend quality time with my father in one place instead of two separate hotel rooms which would have been impersonal.
Something personal to me, I have a very keen sense of smell and I didn't like the fragrance of the cleaning products used. Other than that the flat was clean and tidy. The only thing I did notice was that I was unable to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower in the main bedroom. It was always too hot for me.

The location of the property was excellent, just a few minutes walk into the city centre.
The facilities within the property were just what was required.
The entrance/stairwell of the property really lets it down sadly.
The mattress had also seen better days as the springs were very uncomfortable.

Great location, balcony was a bonus as weather was so nice during our stay
First impressions are not great, the main entrance to the block has not been cleaned for a long time, carpets stained etc. The apartment is a bit tired and furniture could do with an upgrade particularly the beds but it was clean and functional.
