The view of the apartment is beautiful. It is modern and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and great to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very nice and helpful. Check in and check out went very smoothly. I would recommend this place for a short get away.

The room was smaller than on the pictures, but if you are only spending a couple days it's not a problem. The host is very strict about their arrival policy, it's not really accepted to arrive later than 8 clock. Driving down from Budapest to Balaton on a Friday afternoon (after 6 clock) it is not easy to calculate when you will be arrive. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that it takes 3 hours instead of 1. I wish they had some flexibility regarding this. The wifi single is very weak. My phone was not able to connect to it properly.

Very close to lake, private parking and garden, lake view from balcony. Near is simple self service restaurant with good selection of foods. Small grocery and ATM in walking distance. Beach is for free, possible to rent water bicycles. Nice people around. Dog friendly apartment house.

Air condition is for extra fee (5 eur per day), weak wifi and tv signal (not always available). Payment is required in cash immediately upon arrival.

Excellent accommodation, excellent views from the window, quality apartment equipment, parking in a secure area, perfect handover of keys, free wifi (slower), clean rooms

slight odor from waste (shower), nothing extra bad park only in a secure area ;-)
