Basic condo. Kitchen equipped w limited supplies for cooking family meals. Upgraded cookware & serving ware would improve to level of other VRBOs. More lighting would be valuable during winter months in sitting room & kitchen.

Loved the river view. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Could have walked to restaurants but we took quick Ubers everywhere. Absolutely perfect. Thank you Peter!

Excellent location, condo was perfect. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and drinking coffee in the mornings and wine at night. Perfect for getting to all the popular Nashville sites and if you don't want to walk the ubers are great abd only about 7 to downtown Broadway area. Easy on to drive up to Opryland area as well. Host was great.

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk home from a concert at Nissan stadium. Ubers to the places we wanted to see were $7. The parking is a covered lot which was nice for the rain. The communication with Peter was great. I will stay here again next time I go to Nashville!

This location provides a 15 minute walk or a $7-$10 Lyft anywhere in downtown or midtown. Definitely will stay again.

Went to Nashville for a girls weekend. Property was close to the nightlife. Had a pool on the river for relaxing during the day. Property was perfect for a group of 4.

The property was great! It was just the right size for the amount of time we spent there, it was clean with plenty of towels (did not have to do laundry). We really liked the location, though would not walk there alone after dark. It was within walking distance to all things Broadway, the Nissan Stadium and Germantown (great restaurants). We only went to the pool one afternoon and it was comfortable and clean (though we did have a bit of a time locating it). A great time was had by all with many memories made. We had a nice girls weekend in Nashville, the property was very clean and well kept, beds were super comfortable. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway which we did several times in the daytime - we did not walk it after dark, Ubers in town were great getting back and forth to this location. We didn’t have a car and did great, instacart for grocery delivery was very quick when we arrived, so all worked out very well. Owner was great.

Cute condo on 3rd floor. Nice decor and very comfortable. We got to see some wildlife while sitting on the patio which was a bonus. Great place for my family to come together and spend a long weekend.

The property was as described. Its close enough to walk to most things and set in a quiet tucked away area. There is a lot of construstion currently happening in the area but it did not disturb us at all. There were a couple of cute neighborhood bars that we never got a chance to visit. Guess we'll have to come back!! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony and river view were an added bonus. Definitely recommend!!

We were in Nashville for a long girls weekend. The property was nice, clean and cozy. The property manager was very easy to work with. It was a rainy weekend so we took Uber to Broadway, which was a very short ride. Great place to stay.

This place is on a great area. Easy to get where you want to go. The view is beautiful. And the fireworks was an extra plus from our window/balcony. We had just one little complaint but not manager or owners fault. We definitely book again.

Property was just what we needed. Clean, confortable with many amenities provided. A nice walk to downtown. Felt safe walking, even late at night with our group of 4. Also rented scooters and took an uber couple of times. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience! After a small hiccup when arriving, Peter quickly took care of everything. He's an excellent host. I would highly recommend this unit. One of the cleanest I've ever stayed in in my travels. Nicely decorated and appointed. You won't regret staying here!
