Чисто, уютно, все есть для жизни, современная техника, хорошая мебель, хороший вид из окон, рядом есть все что нужно. Очень приветливый персонал!

Предоплата на карту, немного настораживает.

The location and apartment were perfect. Proximity to the subway, as well as a multitude of grocery stores and restaurants in the vicinity made it for a great stay for us. The living room/ dining room/ kitchen is a beautiful, spacious, open and, therefore, sunny, when the weather permits, space.

There was no tea (bags) or coffee (instant or ground) when we arrived. Our trip/ drive was more than ten hours. We didn't have a problem buying groceries later, but wanted to at least catch a breath and have a hot beverage upon arrival. Providing some tea and/ or coffee would not have cost much, but would have been a nice hospitality gesture. Also, it is hard to find a parking spot if you travel by car. However, this is a common problem in the high-rise apartment building neighborhoods like this. It's a matter of adjusting one's expectations.

Quick response time from the host, nice furnished and equipped apartment, nice playground on the property

Could be cleaned a little better, like cabinets and doors

Brand new and stylish space for a great price. Compared to a predominantly "babushka style" or "luxury vip" apartments in Kyiv - it's truly a gem! Very welcoming host and excellent communication. Highly recommend!
