The location/beach front was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was a ton of kitchen pots, pans, utensils, etc. we also really loved the telescope and upstairs external space. Lots of movies, out door games. The outdoor fire pit was great too.

It said it slept 8 comfortably-that’s not true. Couldn’t figure out the last 2 beds. Fortunately we didn’t need 8 beds. The shower in one of the bathrooms needed new grout. There wasn’t a face plate on the outlet behind one of the beds in the bedroom without the bunk beds. Total safety hazard. The bunk beds are small child size, not adult size. The whole place needs a deep cleaning- cob webs on the light fixtures, around the fireplace, crooks and crannies. (I have photos). The place needed an inexpensive update. I feel I could do it for you for a trade! We were disappointed in the 10am check out time. I tried to communicate with them before we checked in but could not until we checked in at 4pm. We were offered an early check in but I didn’t get the message because we were killing time on the coast (without service). The 10am check out was super unfortunate, hotels don’t even require a 10am check out. Like I said, we tried to get in touch with the owners weeks before to ask if we could check out at 11am but couldn’t even ask until we checked in-and it was Easter Sunday, we wanted to spend it with the kids.

Location was perfect, ocean view wonderful, all one level was great for handicap access. House was clean, loved view from inside with large windows, view from backyard was great. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, etc. Beds comfortable. It was a great stay. Plenty of things to do there, but we just totally enjoyed the views and relaxation!

Maybe get rid of ants in kitchen. Fix shade on left-side large picture window. Some neighbor distractions. Person cleaning the house was not done at 4pm as noted when we arrived, we had to wait for her. But person cleaning the house when we were leaving was sweet, she helped me because the lock box was hard to remove and replace.

directly overlooking the beach, huge picture window, outdoor seats facing toward the sea. 3 bedrooms., 2 baths, dog friendly, ground floor access to back porch and yard, kitchen had all the basic amenities and microwave we needed.

Cozy, oceanfront getaway with a great fire pit.

There was no hatchet for chopping wood.

Location is great. Right on the beach with terrific view of the ocean.
