The room very clean and perfect size. Ocean view was fabulous. Just a few steps and you were right on the beach. The manager that checked us in very polite
I would stay there again for sure. Never had a room with aa view like this one.
The only thing that wasn't good was the fire place was put of order.

Close to beach, clean.
Run down. The fireplace did not work, the furniture was old and the some walls were mold.

The location was great and Neil made our stay special with his thoughtful remembrance of our wedding anniversary ❤️. The private picnic benches and Barbecue grills overlooking the beach were an added bonus.
The refrigerator drip tray under the freezer should be checked more often. It was full of water and it had a very large chunk of ice in it. The chairs provided are too short for the computer desk under the TV and I had to use my pillow in the chair as a booster. Fortunately it was not too hot out but, with no air conditioning, we still had to leave the window fully open while we were in the room.

Clean rooms, friendly owners and staff, all around a good stay.
The price changed from what the app quoted me to when I checked in. Not sure why, but it was over 150 more. I chose not to argue the point as the owner wasn't present.

This was truly a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised to open the front door and see the ocean literally steps away from the back patio. I found it clean, quiet, comfortable, and utterly relaxing.
Also, a huge thank you to the gentleman who checked me in. I asked about dining options in the area and he took the time to mention a few of them, including directions. I really appreciate that.
I have no dislikes.

The host was very kind and provided quick and accurate service. He even gave us a Martinelli bottle for the new year. Gorgeous view from the deck and very quiet and peaceful.

This is a perfect little getaway.

comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen (plates utensils pans) perfect location, semi private beach access, and a private balcony all around amazing bang for your buck
the fireplace and vending machine were broken but honestly had it not been it would have been to good to be true haha. also this has nothing to do with the hotel but the town cute but if your looking for lots of eateries and a night life this is not the town for you

Getting out to leave the room and not staying there. Our days were filled with being away from the hotel thank goodness.
All the amenities were closed. No fireplace, no soda machine, the ice machine was down. The room smelled terribly of cologne. The dishes were disgusting and really dirty. The towels were stained. The staff seemed very strict and not so much welcoming. There were more worried about their rooms than they were the people that were there.

Location was great. Room was clean. Price was fair.
Front counter was not very pleasant; Quite rude in fact. The fan in our bathroom did not work. There was no other fan in our room besides the heater. Room was quite small. Could have used more coffee in the room.

I liked how quiet it was, I really enjoyed the mini kitchen in our room!

I loved the view it was amazing and the room was very clean and smelled good.. loved the 2 shower heads when the water was hot at night felt amazing . I really couldn't hear anybody Else and the hotel I know was booked just the sounds of the ocean all the time it was very relaxing.. The kitchen was a very nice setup very clean.. Great beach access super close steps away
The bed was very very firm to much for my boyfriend and me , it's the only reason why we will not be coming back.. I was bummed about the fire place not working 😕

The room was truly oceanfront! The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Everything was so clean. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly.
It was a little sad the fireplaces were out of order. However, they did mention that on the website, so it wasn’t a surprise.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt so at home. The owner is so helpful and kind, so happy to find our getaway spot. It’s no frills, spacious, and you can’t beat the location. Thanks again!
