This is a perfect little getaway. The rooms need updated. The rooms are clean. The price reflects the much needed renovation. I thought it was great. I made it homey and enjoyed the view.

the fireplace and vending machine were broken but honestly had it not been it would have been to good to be true haha. also this has nothing to do with the hotel but the town cute but if your looking for lots of eateries and a night life this is not the town for you

Getting out to leave the room and not staying there. Our days were filled with being away from the hotel thank goodness.

All the amenities were closed. No fireplace, no soda machine, the ice machine was down. The room smelled terribly of cologne. The dishes were disgusting and really dirty. The towels were stained. The staff seemed very strict and not so much welcoming. There were more worried about their rooms than they were the people that were there.

It was very well taken care of and the host was fantastic

Front counter was not very pleasant; Quite rude in fact. The fan in our bathroom did not work. There was no other fan in our room besides the heater. Room was quite small. Could have used more coffee in the room.

I liked how quiet it was, I really enjoyed the mini kitchen in our room!

one thing I didn’t like was the wear and tear around the shower wall.

I loved the view it was amazing and the room was very clean and smelled good.. loved the 2 shower heads when the water was hot at night felt amazing . I really couldn't hear anybody Else and the hotel I know was booked just the sounds of the ocean all the time it was very relaxing.. The kitchen was a very nice setup very clean.. Great beach access super close steps away

The bed was very very firm to much for my boyfriend and me , it's the only reason why we will not be coming back.. I was bummed about the fire place not working 😕

The room was truly oceanfront! The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Everything was so clean. The gentleman that checked us in was super friendly.

It was a little sad the fireplaces were out of order. However, they did mention that on the website, so it wasn’t a surprise.

I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt so at home. The owner is so helpful and kind, so happy to find our getaway spot. It’s no frills, spacious, and you can’t beat the location. Thanks again!

Oceanfront Location

the location is perfect. right on the beach...great view! can watch the ocean from the room and go onto the porch. wonderful to be right there on the beach. there are stairs from the porch down to the beach. super convenient. a short walk down the beach to Rockaway Beach and the shops/restaurants. perfect location. the room is also quite large and had a table for eating which was great. The small kitchen had a stove and range and decent size under counter fridge. the bed was comfortable. There is a fireplace, but it was out of order.

the drains are very slow; the small kitchen sink drained very very slowly, and the faucet was difficult to turn on and off. the bathroom sink was also slow. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, pots, dish rack, sponge, soap, etc. which is great, but we never were able to locate any silverware which was odd. Overall good experience and loved the location.
