Great views of the beach and easy beach access. Roomy enough for at least 5 adults. Close to local grocery store and restaurants. Very clean and well kept. All of the appliances worked fine. Will definitely be back next summer! I would suggest bringing your own pillow and extra toiletries to ensure you are comfortable.

Working icemaker in the fridge would have been nice. The outlets were a bit confusing, certain switches had to be on in order to use certain outlets and tv's. The downstairs closet door was broken and was difficult to open/close. In that same room there were carpet tack strips near the door and were quite painful to step on. The shower was also very confusing to get the water to come out the shower head and the tub does not drain fast enough to use. No A/C and couldn't get gas fireplace to turn on.
