Great location, close to all the old Colmar sights but far enough away to make it easily accessible and bonus, parking is included. Ground floor also is great for those who don’t enjoy hauling luggage up lots of steps. Owner was super responsive and clear communications.

Good central location, only a couple of minutes from the historic city centre. The below-ground parking was an added bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was clean and had the necessary features. I would consider using the property again, despite the listed drawbacks.

There is quite a lot of traffic noise, but this can be expected when you are on the ground floor. There was no shower curtain or shower fixture, so you can only take a bath in the bathtub.

The appartament is nice, cozy and very closed to the city center (6 min walking). It has a private parking included in the price. The bed is confortable.

We had to wait 1 h, until 16.00, althrough the check in it suppose to be done from 15.00 for the cleanning lady to finish the cleanning of the appartament. The problem, isn't that we waited 1 h, but the fact that the appartament wasn't clean (the floor was full of dust, the bathtub had hair in the drain) and we didn't have any soap nor shampoo.
