The condo was just as listed. Very clean, updated decor and an awesome location. The fact that you can walk out the back patio and have such quick access to the pool and beach was the best! The property as a whole was very well maintained. This was our first time to Amelia Island and we really loved it. It might be time for some new sheets as they were definitely worn in. But overall, it was a great stay!

The property was perfect... very clean and had everything we needed. It worked perfectly for our 2 small families and we hope to stay again in the future.

Holly’s condo was extremely clean and spacious. We loved there was plenty of seating in the living room area and the kitchen had plenty of counter space. The ground floor condo made it extremely easy to access the beach with little ones.

This was our second time staying here. It’s a great spot. We really enjoy the first level access. The condo is clean, well maintained and just an overall great spot.

This was our third year in K1, and it was great yet again. Already booked it for 2024. It’s clean, open, in the perfect location, and has comfortable furniture and beds.

Very nice. Great beach and pool access. Had a wheelchair and was able to get around house pretty well. Enjoyed the weekend.

We have rented this unit for the past 4 years and it never disappoints. Location couldn’t be better. It’s always clean and we LOVE the new floors!

The host was very thorough ‘ responsive answering our questions & concerns. The condo had all basic amenities available for us, as well as spices if needed.

Condo was clean comfortable and exactly as show in pictures. Has everything u need to start your vacation plenty of seasonings in the cabinet. The bathrooms had two rolls of toilet papper per bathroom and ample amount of washcloths in each closet.The condo had easy access to the pool and beach being a ground floor unit. Pool was clean and had ample lounge chairs but no shaded area at the pool. No beach chairs at this unit but we always bring our own just in case. Convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. The main living area was easily toddler proffed as well as the rest of the house.

Pros: Super close to the beach with an easy short walk, great sunrise views, beds were comfortable, nice patio that is shaded after mid morning, nice size pool, washer/dryer. Cons: Two big ones. 1) You must have a gate key card to go in or out to the beach. That is the condo's doing, not the owner, but it is a big hassle to keep up with the keys and coordinate who is coming and going. Fortunately the owner was able to get us an extra key, so that helped some. 2) The master bed room door wouldn't close all the way! This was annoying for my husband and me. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, but it wasn't addressed while we were there. More: You can see the ocean while sitting inside on the sofa, or outside on the patio. The pool is very close by. We loved the location and easy walk to the beach. The condo is nice and comfortable. We do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was adequate. It could use some better knives and a new can opener, but it's your basic rental kitchen and everything worked. Make sure you get details on how to open the lock on the front door. It was not obvious, and we were lucky to find someone that knew how. The owner didn't answer when I called. Fernandina is a cute little town with interesting shops that aren't all just touristy, and a nice riverfront setting. Overall we really enjoyed our week at the beach.

This was our third year in this condo and it was great again. They do a good job of keeping things updated, especially compared to a lot of the other condos in this building. Also, the first floor is the absolute best. We’ve booked again for next year which is pretty much the best review I can give.

My third time there not this property, beautiful beach. Holly property hosts was very easy to reach when we couldn't figure out how lock door. 😀

We really loved the condo. The location was great. It was nice being on ground floor and near the pool. Had a great time with our grandsons. We will definitely rent this condo again. I would like to tell owners that the legs on the kitchen table and outside table were loose and that the door into master bedroom is coming apart. Just wanted to make them aware because I know from experience that the cleaning staff does not always let them know about issues. I hope others will enjoy this place like we did.

This unit has allowed unruly people in it that didn't treat well. These things need to be addressed and it needs a deep cleaning.

Great access to beach and pool. The carpet in the bedrooms is a little worn but we closed off the bedrooms and let our 1 year old crawl around the common area and only had to do a little baby proofing.

We had a wonderful time and loved the condo! The ground floor level was perfect with 2 toddlers. We will book this property for our future trips!

Great location and the property was clean - the pool was excellent also. The Beach is easily reached by a short pier and "wooden" walkway lots of sand and sun the weather was perfect in early September.
