The view was beautiful and the rooms spacious and cozy. The kitchen was VERY well equipped and suited us perfectly.

The house wasn't serviced at all during our stay, for the amount we paid, I expected it to be cleaned. The loo paper wasn't replenished either. Yes, it was a long weekend but there are many places serviced over weekends etc

We arranged and confirmed check in time with rental company prior to our arrival. They were already annoyed over the phone because the "mistake" that we were allowed to book for one night only. Then the property weren't ready when we arrived. The cleaning staff was still busy and we had to wait a hour. Then when they left we realized there were no power/electricity. Phoned agency, had to wait for this to be fixed When the staff left again we realized there were no towels or toilet paper. We had to phone again and had them come back to arrange. Only when showering did we realize there were no soap. The letting agency was rude and acted asif they were doing us a favor. When I asked for cleaning fee back (which was also additional in small print) they told me I was unreasonable. The property is overpriced, unless you fill it to capacity. The outdoor chair furnishes/cushions lie around in the house. We were disappointed because you expect more when paying so much.
