Very nice location and rooms. Nice furnishings and well appointed. Clean and modern.

All three of the air conditioners were not working. The weather was warm and the failure to have the A/C repaired before we arrived was disappointing. Also, the bedroom/bathroom area needs better lighting.

No blind on the small windows so it's like a bright spotlight shining on you whilst you try sleep. The shower has a glass panel that everyone in the lounge can see through and watch you showering cause only slightly frosted.

It’s a gorgeous apartment which is well situated and has everything you need. Secure parking and good security too. It’s a perfect spot.

I have been charged twice for the booking which isn’t the property’ fault but it is frustrating.

Location was great. The flat was also very spacious with lovely balcony. Comfy beds and great a/c - heating in our winters stay. Lovely smelling soap (really great scent!). Nice fluffy towels. Underground parking and a friendly bar on site.

Here comes: ~ kitchen utensils very poor. No mugs, no cutting board, no bowls.. no salt/pepper.. ~ blinds. You sleep with lights on the corridor blinding you through a window in the bedroom. A simple blind/ curtain would help. The shower in one of the bedrooms is also literally see through from the corridor- also let’s the 24h lights from the corridor into the bedroom. ~ biggest low point: the extremely strong pungent smell of a chemical.. best I can describe as cockroach repellent - literally took me back to my backpacking days to cheap hostels in Mumbai. The smell was so strong when we tried cooking (with the lack of many basic utensils (no colander to drain the pasta) we had to wash all dishes before using them.. no place to dry the dishes too.. Most of these can be easily remedied: I would strongly suggest the owner/property manager simply spend a night in the flat and they will notice these themselves.

It’s great that it has a solution to load shedding, but be aware that there is a noisy diesel generator onsite (not Inverter system) so request a room on the other side of the building.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and had an excellent location close to shops and the Waterfront. We were in Knysna for the Simola Hill climb and it was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4. The decor is magnificent!

There were a few lights that were not working and the shower in the 2nd bathroom did not have hot water. We discovered this quite late at night and I only brought this to management's attention after check out. We managed with the shower in the main bathroom. Just advised that they check these small issues prior to check in of guests.

Apartment was modern, clean, spacious and had all the facilities.

The location is very convenient. Close to the waterfront and the shops, both are a walk away. There were some extra conveniences that were provided, teas, toiletries etc. The apartment is beautiful, functional and comfy.

There were some visible stains on the couch and cushions.

The rooms were ultra modern, white luxury bedding, near the waterfront (walking distance) and really clean and pleasant. A really classy and beautiful place. Exceptional and would most highly recommend!!!

The only thing is that I needed to ask someone a question after hours and no one was reachable. Please ensure that someone is reachable for guests after hours. I needed to know where the switch for the stove was - hidden behind the curtain - which I found an hour later and many phone calls later to no attempt!
