The view was outstanding! Great place for a small family reunion. We enjoyed all of the water adventures and had great ping pong tournaments. The spa was used to warm up after a great time exploring the ocean. We can't wait to come back!

Great vacation home. Lots of space, well stocked and great views. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunkbeds! We loved the close proximity to walking out to the beach. This is sometimes an issue with having little ones and even some of the ocean front homes have a long walk to a path. This home has quick access less than a block away to the tidepool areas that our grandkids love to visit. We will definitely be back again!

Comfortable home in a great location, and oh, that amazing view. Located steps from the beach, you can enjoy all that is Morro Bay, whether you leave the house or not. Great communication from the host, thorough instructions, and a relaxing vacation.

This is a great home for a large family. Great views and had all of the amenities we needed and expected. The game room was in the garage, and a little chilly but extremely fun. There’s two refrigerators so there’s plenty of space for groceries to cook. The fireplace was warm and inviting and everybody enjoyed time in the large living space.

The view is amazing you could spend hours just watching the waves (which we did). But the house is so comfortable and well stocked that you don't have to leave. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful property and area. Great walking area on the roads and the beach. Game room was a blast. Large kitchen was nice. Loved the lounge and rocking chairs out front.

This was the perfect spot for our family's fall getaway. The location is close enough to easily enjoy the beach, but just removed enough to not feel crowded. The house was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, and we loved the nautical themed decor. Our kids loved the game room and there were a lot of nice little touches with families in mind. The binder & basket was full of information for both the house, and the local area, very useful.
We were very happy and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful house for family to celebrate sons graduation from cal poly. Enjoyed the freshly cleaned hot tub with ocean view, game room garage, and lounging in the front deck overlooking the beach.

Lovely property but I unfortunately highly advise against booking with this management company and finding another one with a more flexible contract. I was charged an exorbitant fee for a date change.

Had the most amazing time at this beautiful beach house in Morro Bay. House was very clean and provided everything we needed when we got there. We loved waking up to the 360 ocean views of Morro Bay every morning. Hot tub was on when we got there. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quant ocean getaway on the central coast.

This house is the perfect place to stay in Morro Bay! Right across from the beach with amazing views! The garage that was transformed into a game room is great! It was a good place to spend time while it was raining out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We will be back!

Our week in Morro Bay was absolutely amazing and relaxing- just what we needed. From surfing, playing in the sand, fishing, hiking and exploring downtown, this was the ideal location and home for our group. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to take teenagers. The house provided plenty of sleep area and eating area. The kitchen was good sized and the living room fit us all. The garage conversion into a game room was perfect for teenagers. We also used the hot tub daily. I was able to sit outside and watch the sun rise over the ocean each morning. Great location with a stunning view of the shore and Morro Rock. Check the spa to make sure it is functional. Only ding, it was not filled and electric to it was turned off. By the time I noticed the breaker was tripped, it was time to leave and didn’t heat up in time so didn’t get to enjoy it.

The house is so beautiful. You can set back and just enjoy the ocean. There are windows everywhere to view. Everything you need is all there for you! Can not wait to go back!!

Overall, was very good. The hands off service worked very well, no personal contact with the manager with the exception of a couple calls we had with staff that felt like am imposition that we had called to get connected to our TV’s for some sports games. Especially the 2nd call, was the most disappointing in that I just needed a few minutes talking it over with their tech guy and both staff and the tech guy, while pleasant enough, it was apparent we were a bother. It’s amazing how two small service interactions can put a cloud over a 2 week stay. Particularly when they want you to come back or buy property. But, again, overall we were quite happy with the property.

Location, location, location! This is the place to be! There were only 4 of us in this good size home but it was a great way to stretch out. Nice size kitchen and dining area. We took advantage of the game room with all the toys (ping pong, pool, and fusbol). It was a stormy week but we didnt care. Staying in 1 or 2 days and watching the sea was ok with us. Would love to stay here again soon!

Great location. Nice landscape out front, back yard could use some updating. Same with the house. Dirty floors, old rugs, old furniture. Property needs some tlc and a deep clean. Dishwasher died the last day. Turned the oven to 450 to cook one night and it was smoking so bad we had to open all the windows and couldn't use it. Bbq didn't work correctly. Maybe I expected more for the money. But again, can't beat the location and view. Nice neighborhood. Games in the garage were fun. Even with some of the downfalls I would still rent again. Also, there should be a sign or something for thr step down into the living room. I fell, my 4 year old fell and my 77 year old dad fell. Luckily nobody got hurt.

Location and Views!
Great location looking over the beach and Morro Bay Rock! Watching the sunset every night from the porch was amazing. The house is comfortable and we very much enjoyed our one month stay. We rented bikes and did our daily shopping and trips into town everyday on bikes. We look forward to returning!
