Vieni a rilassarti e goditi le bellissime acque incontaminate delle spiagge Sombrero e Bahia Honda. Sia molto vicino, sombrero a pochi passi e Bahia Honda 15 minuti di macchina. Se sei un pescatore, questo è il posto in affitto. C'è un sacco di spazio e comfort nelle nostre 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni di casa. Molto privato con la propria piscina riscaldata, il proprio molo per le barche, il proprio porto auto e il proprio parcheggio per roulotte tutto nella vostra proprietà. Luxury King Tommy Bahama Master camera da letto e Queen Suite entrambi con bagni annessi. Grandi TV a schermo piatto, via cavo, WiFi. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Dock include; acqua dolce, elettrico, trappola per esche, pozzo per esche, stazione per la pulizia del pesce e freezer per esche. Profondità controllata di 7 '. Breve corsa verso l'Atlantico o il Golfo. Jogging / Biking / percorso a piedi fuori dalla porta principale. Shopping e campo da golf molto vicino (dietro l'angolo). Publix supermercato e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Situato in posizione centrale per godersi le attrazioni della Maratona e la vita notturna. Key West a 45 minuti, Islamorada a 30 minuti. Sei veramente nel cuore della Conch Republic. la proprietà è casa unifamiliare semi-collegata, completamente privata.

We have a great stay in this home. The location is fantastic, plenty of room for docking our boat, the house was clean and communication with the property manager was great. The pool is amazing after a long day of lobstering, fishing and snorkeling. Thanks for a great stay!

Phenomenal home, great boat access. Oversize parking available. Very comfortable beds. Home was much larger in person than shows in photos.

The house has a great location, close to Publix, restaurants, Sombrero Beach. The pool and outdoor area is great, lots of area to spend time in. Located on a canal for kayaking and fishing. The house is nicely decorated, clean, has everything you need. The only disappointment was that it said it came with Kayaks in the list amenities but it does not. We had to rent them. Other than that, it was a really great vacation home. We had a great time!!

We had an amazing July 4th week for our Summer Vacation with our family and another family of 3! We absolutely loved everything about the house and the pool including the dock and the location!! We had fun with the 4th parade and our son even made it into the local newspaper! We rented a boat and had a great time snorkeling! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall great experience. Booking was easy, place was pretty much as advertised, location was close to everything you could look for in Marathon area. Nick was great at communicating, always replied quickly to questions. Had no issues. One item would be to make it clear it was a duplex not single unit

The house is beautifully furnished and provided all the necessary amenities. The outdoor living space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside. The heated pool was amazing. The location is close to Sombrero Beach and shopping/restaurants in Marathon. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. I would recommend this house to friends and family.

It was a last minute booking for mini season. Property Manager was SUPER Cooperative. House is really nice and was super clean. Pool had several shade umbrellas, which made it enjoyable to relax in after a day on the water. Nice dock as well.

Family vacation
This was our annual family vacation (with a few friends scattered in). Excellent location, beautiful home, very clean, loved the amenities and, great communication if needs arrive. Happy to book again.

Great location and property
House was in a great location on Sombrero road. It was a short bike ride to the beach, super close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and restaurants. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great and was even cleaned and checked on halfway through our stay. Every question I had was answered quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good location
Property was everything as listed. Communication with manager was excellent and house was found to be very clean. House could have been stocked with trash bags. Biting insects were bad around pool and patio. Shrubs need trimmed along dock.

Great Location!
The property was just 1.6 miles to Sombero Beach. Maybe a cooler and beach chairs would be nice for renters to use!
We rented bikes for the week. Lots of nice bike trails! Many restaurants in the area! The bedroom on the first floor has an attached bathroom but both closets are taken by the owners so nowhere to hang your clothes! The master bedroom is upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The pool was nice and heated!
The listing said it had a rotisserie for the grill but it did not?
We had a great family vacation the property worked out good for every one!

The pool and ping pong table was great for the teens. Dominó table was great for the parents. The house beautiful and very comfortable. Wifi and internet was great for the kids school. Having the boat right behind the the house makes it very convenient. Great place to rent !

Great Vacation Rental!
We really enjoyed staying at this property! The house was very clean, nice decor, etc. Loved the layout! The outdoor space was great! We’ve rented several different properties in Marathon over the past several years, and this was our favorite! We highly recommend!

Relaxing week
We had a restful week at Nick's cove. The house was clean and well furnished. We spent most of our time at the house by the pool. Definitely worth a second trip! Thank you!

Wonderful time.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only complaint would be the kitchen was not heavily stocked. They could use more pots and pans along with miscellaneous equipment (example: griddle, storage containers and crock pot). Aside from this we would definitely rent the house again.

Great Location
We had 6 adults and really enjoyed the property. It was close to Sombrero Beach and we enjoyed driving to Key West for several day trips. The outdoor dining area was nice but had limited lighting for the evening. The kitchen was adequate but needed more dishwasher soap. We also used the laundry but needed to buy soap, almost ran out of toilet paper, lucky it's close to Publix.
Overall, it was a great place and we would consider returning next Feb.

Great place, very relaxing
The home was very comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed for our getaway. Highly recommend renting bikes. We rented from Aimee at Marathon Bikes. She delivered very quickly and even had bikes for our kids, 6 and 9. We rode our bikes daily to Sombrero Beach, less than a mile. The house is well maintained and decorated very nicely. Ed was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. A few things to note, this house does NOT have a hot tub as listed. The pool is heated which is great but we were expecting a hot tub. Also, there are two bikes on the property that are not usable (chain fell off and rusted, flat tires, etc), suggested those be removed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock (caught a few) and loved seeing the manatees. The outdoor space is awesome. This house is on point and would stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located in the Keys. I didn't feel burdened by having to travel extensively in the area. The owner was very communicative via text message, and a friendly sort.

Perfect location for the “keys” experience. One hour from Key Largo, one hour from Key West, boat dock, private pool and beach right down the road!

Very nice home. Was however confused by the pic thinking it was one home instead of a duplex but we never heard our neighbors. Convenient location to the grocery store. Nice dock on the canal for a boat. Would stay here again.

It was very welcoming when you first pulled in driveway. Pool and sitting area were gorgeous & comfy
We had a fantastic time. Beautifuly furnished and comfortable. Pool area and porch were amazing. Immaculately clean and the managment was very accommodating and always available.

Wonderful house with a pool and amenities
Stayed at the house over Christmas. The heated pool was a great bonus. Loved the large gas grill next to the pool. We grilled seafood almost every night. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Fished off the dock with my 10 year old nephew. Make sure to drive down to Sombrero Beach and rent Kayaks. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent this house again. We went deep sea fishing at a location only five minutes from the house and the large downstairs freezer was great for freezing our catch. The location and house made it a very special family Christmas.

Absolutely wonderful
We were so impressed with this house. It had everything we needed for three couples. The pool was excellent. All the outdoor furniture Ed has is perfect. We enjoyed watching the iguanas (?) everyday. Had some excellent fishing and the most wonderful tuna and mahi mahi we’ve ever had. Can’t wait for return visit
