Best location to two ferries, downtown Edmonds with its great shopping and restaurants and fabulous waterfront!

My wife and I stayed here with our full house for our daughters graduation. It was clean and nicely located near downtown Edmonds.

Easy check in and convenient location for my trip to visit family. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Living area a bad kitchen were also nice. Nice view of the water from the porch. Check out was easy too!

We have a very enjoyable stay at the Edmonds Guest House. Edmonds is one of my favorite seaside towns in Washington and the Guest House location is perfect for access to shopping and dining. The Guest House is charming and has excellent amenities. Waking up every day to a view of the Puget Sound was lovely. The hosts are very welcoming and extremely responsive with communication. Being able to bring pets is such a plus. I highly recommend this rental.

Everything about this property is as listed and communication with Tanmie was seamless. Nice walk through lovely neighborhood to Edmonds shopping and restaurants if you want a little exercise! (About 1.5 mile round trip I think…)

The photos and reviews are spot-on, clean, modern, comfortable, and well equipped for our stay. As a bonus a nice view of the mountains from the deck on a crystal clear late-January day. The hosts were very helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Edmonds.

This is a very comfortable, well - stocked and convenient place to stay while exploring the Edmonds area. It's close to the waterfront, ferry and downtown and easy to get into Seattle and other towns in the PNW.

The property was very clean, well stocked, and our hosts Tammie and Travis were most hospitable.

Stayed a few nights with our kids after exploring Mt. Rainier. This home was a great jumping off point for visiting Seattle while feeling less metropolitan. Edmonds was a beautify city, our hosts were responsive and the home was perfect for our needs. Thanks for a great stay, even in a record heat wave!

Tammie and Travis are amazing hosts. They're guest house is clean, private and very relaxing. It was great for our family vacation to Edmonds/Seattle.

The house was really nice, clean and well set up. Absolutely gorgeous view from the porch. Travis and Tammie could not have been nicer. It was such a good experience.

We had a nice stay. Hosts responded immediately to our text messages. I was delighted that we could plug in our car there. The kitchen was well-equipped. It's on a busy street, but you don't hear any traffic noise from inside when windows are shut. Across the street there were many lovely gardens -- beautiful streets to walk on and in May everything is in bloom! We also had some beautiful clear days when we could see snow on the distant mountains.

Tammie and Travis are great hosts. Check-ln was super detailed, helpful and you felt welcomed. The property was absolutely clean and the decor was stylish. The kitchen had all the items you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend and feel lucky to find this treasure in Edmonds and hope to return soon. My rating is 5 plus stars.

Owner, let us know 24 hours prior to arrival he was going on a trip to Cabo San Lucas. His friend had stayed at his VRBO for months yet he never left his phone number if we had issues. We HAD issues! Day 1 we attempted to do our laundry. The washer was dirty. I cleaned it with sanitary wipes. The basement had leaves & the basement was filthy. When I pointed this out to the owner his response was incredulous. “I never go down to the basement.” No kidding. Guess what, it’s part of your rental so you SHOULD clean the mess. Be careful walking down the stairs. They’re very steep & very old. Desperately need replacement. His filthy washing machine didn’t go through the spin cycle. We attempted to wash 3x to no avail. We had to take our clothes out & hand wringing prior to placing in dryer. It took 2 days for his neighbor John to replace one of the 3 machines he had in the basement. John was all of 120 ft away. Not exactly a long commute. Someone had placed a throw pillow in the washer. The pillow seams opened & the inside stuffing had gotten inside the wall of the machine rendering it useless. His VRBO has a VIZIO tv in the living room. He also had 6 TV remotes with no directions which of the 6 to use. INCREDULOUS! His good buddy who lived there for months came over to show me which of the 6 to use. It wasn’t the VIZIO remote. The beds are NOT comfortable & very low to the ground. The bathroom is an advanced water closet. Small, compact. The tub (shower) had a plastic dispenser attached to the shower wall with soap, shampoo & conditioner. Whoever installed this to the shower wall messed up. At 3:30 am one morning it came crashing down. I had to get up & clean up this mess. Took over 1 1/2 hours to clean the mess up. Ugh. The furniture in the living room is not comfortable & needs replacement. The location is frankly horrible. The VRBO is on a very busy traffic street. All day long. When entering or exiting the VRBO be careful. There’s a hedge that needs to be trimmed. Traffic zooms by & one must be careful or you will be in a crash. The VRBO is very near a Shell gas station. Not exactly a great selling point. The driveway pavers are broken and needs replacement. Whoever is upstairs has heavy feet & loves to PACE back & forth. When the owner returned from his last minute Cabo trip we met. He’s a little smart ass. We agreed to part ways. To his credit, we received a refund for early departure.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Our hosts were excellent, we were able visit art stores nearby and fantastic crepes so close we could almost smell them. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was by far the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It met our needs in every way. Fully stocked kitchen with very nice dishware, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture and very nice owners. They even had a decorated tree for our Christmas holiday stay! The only thing we suggested to the owners was to cut back the hedge leading out to the road. It was very difficult to see oncoming traffic. We'd stay here again in a heart beat!

I had an emergency at my apartment and was displaced and I needed to book last minute. Tammie and Travis are wonderful hosts. The place was wonderful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here. Super close to everything in Edmonds.

Our stay was really great! It was an easy process to check in. Also the hosts are really great. They let us extend our stay on a short notice when our plans changed last minute which was SO helpful! They accommodated our pets as well which we are so grateful for! The house is cute and clean and the kitchen had lots of stuff stocked. The view is beautiful from the deck and living room. The only "complaint" is that the parking was tight for two cars getting in and out but it still worked so well for us. Thank you!
