I travel to the Seattle area frequently on business. K&E motel is an old property but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Rooms are small but adaquate. Staff is wonderful. This is my first choice for a room for a night or two.

Sarah at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful, and fun to talk to. The price was very affordable. I used my comfortable and clean room only at night as I was engaged in nearby activities during the day, so I am not familiar with the surrounding neighborhood. There was some noise from highway 99 with the window open. A pleasant and relaxing stay overall.

Great little motel with amazing hosts and clean fresh rooms!! They were so friendly and helpful! The price point is spot on for what you get! SUPER EASY ACCESS TO THE TRAIN FOR EVENTS!! It's a 5 min drive to the station and there is like 1600 parking spots for free, the train ride is $3 per person! And you get free train ticket with some events tickets how can you go wrong!! The only reason I have 4 stars is the bed and pillows weren't great and the shower is a bit low of you're a tall person (I'm not so the shower was awesome hot and good pressure!) the linens (towels and sheets) were great!! Coffee in the office was good!! The staff took this experience over the top, they make this little hotel GREAT!! Can't wait until our next trip!!

The floor was dirty and seemed like under bed had not been cleaned in a while.

Clean room in excellent condition. Very bare-bones (plain white walls, no artwork, no hangers), but for the price you get a clean bed and bathroom and that's good enough.

For about $100 per night this place was OK. Clean, updated fixtures, decent bed, sheets and towels.

The hotel is dated but it appears they are slowly renovating. There were new lamps but the bed cover was old and uninviting.

great place on a budget

Great little motel in a convenient location. It felt pretty safe which some areas of 99 don't. They mentioned when I was checking in to please keep the noise down, and sure enough it was actually pretty quiet, which was great! The room was clean and adequate. My only complaint is that there were only two very thin pillows on the bed; if you're able to bring your own pillows, I definitely recommend that! Keep in mind this is a 5* review for the price and grade of hotel this is. Don't expect anything fancy.

The manager was very attentive but he is open until 10pm so take your precautions when checking in.

My room was one of those really cute motel rooms like you'd remember from 1950/60's road trips on Hwy 99 from Seattle to Vancouver BC. It was clean, comfortable, and they are in the process of updating all the rooms. AND... no skanky people allowed on site, so far safer and quieter than a couple other places not far away.

I needed a safe place for my mom to stay while my wife and I went on a cruise. My mom wasn’t going on the cruise and this place was affordable and very clean. I called and spoke to the manager and they allowed me to get her all checked in before we left on the cruise. The took care of her all week. I can’t thank them enough. Great place to stay.

Property managers are on site and are very hands on. Fantastic customer service, always helpful with a smile! This hotel is well maintained and clean, I’ll be back!!

The owner was extremely rude, poor people skills with lack of concern for customer service.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The pillows are squishy and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. On the second night, I supplemented the motel pillow with a firmer one purchased from a nearby thrift store. This made sleeping much easier.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good price! You’ll have a hard time finding another place that is this clean at this price point. Staff was also very accommodating to my need to lengthen my stay

Didn't know it was right off of Hwy 99, so traffic was a bit noisy. We were given a room toward the back, so it was quiet. AC was fairly quiet. Would suggest installing safety grab bars in shower, and a rubber nonskid mat for the tub. Hope you can provide light breakfast for guests, but we had a good breakfast at the Family Pancake House. Your property was easily accessible back to the freeway (I-5). I understand this is still a work in progress, so keep up the good work.

This place is agem. Not expensive nor extravagant. The rooms are nicely laid out and clean. Management is on property, so you know attention to detail is top notch. AC/heat, refrigerator and microwave in room, Parking right outside your door.

Hotel manager was super friendly. Overall a perfect and peaceful stay, for a super affordable price. So grateful we picked this place!

As an economy hotel, I would recommend K and E highly . Staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable, there was even a small fridge and microwave in my room. the bed was comfortable.
