Questa deliziosa mezza casa può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone, con due camere da letto e un ampio soggiorno privato con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto sul laghetto. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e porte francesi sul soggiorno aperto. Vi è una grande seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. La grande sala frontale ha un divano con letto estraibile per ospiti extra, insieme a due grandi poltrone, camino, biblioteca e televisore a schermo piatto da 52 ". Forniamo un pacchetto n play e un materasso gonfiabile, se necessario. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo nella stanza di fronte. Il bagno completo ha una zona doccia separata, quindi due ospiti possono usarlo insieme e avere ancora molta privacy. This was one of the best appointed homes I’ve ever stayed in. You really just need to bring your toothbrush and clothes. The location was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood and on a small pond with beautiful sunsets. The host was wonderful made sure anything you might need was there. I brought my granddaughters they loved it!! Would definitely stay there again we loved it!!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Family, friends and our dog enjoyed the pond, paddle boat, fishing, the barbecue, the fire pit and making s’mores.
Our host, Debbie, was very helpful and always available if we needed her.

Nice property with private back yard. Nice private seating area near a pond. About 5-10 minute drive from Plymouth. Close enough but not too close. Really quiet. We never heard anyone else there.

Great Place, Wonderful Host
We stayed here for a long weekend, myself, my son and our dog. Great fenced in area for the dog, right on the water and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and kind, Book here, you won't be disappointed.

Charming Stay at a Perfect Location
My sister and I stayed at the Clear Pond Penthouse Inn property in Plymouth, MA for a weekend stay. We had a Friday night wedding in Kingston and wanted to tool around Plymouth on Saturday to see the sights. Perfect location for both! Our wedding and downtown Plymouth were 15 minutes away.
The penthouse suite is lovely and tastefully decorated. If you didn't have anywhere to go - you wouldn't mind just hanging out at the suite! It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed as far as amenties go. The main room overlooks the back yard and the pond beyond. We took advantage of walking around the pond to the right of the gate and it was so pretty being surrounded by nature.
The host Debra is great! She answered any questions that we had and the check in/check out process was so easy.
I would highly recommend a stay here . We would love to visit again!

Wonderful property
We had a fantastic fall weekend, the property is exactly as described and is well stocked. Debbie was there when we arrived but her instructions were clear for guest arrival. Everything was clean and neat. The grounds were lovely and there’s plenty of space, the pond looked beautiful and the walking trail was great for anyone. A very quick easy ride into Plymouth and any stores or restaurants you might like. We look forward to booking again.

Perfect stay
I rented this property for a family weekend with my parents and brother. We grew up a few towns over so it was nice to be near everything. You're just off the highway, so close to great restaurants in Plymouth, yet feel far away and secluded being right on the serene pond.
Everything was as pictured and it was great to have a big living room for us to hang out in. The only thing to note which I may have missed on the listing is that the bathroom is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. So if someone is in the restroom, you can't pass between the bedroom and kitchen (and rest of the home). This was a little tricky while everyone is getting ready, but we made it work. Something to be aware of, depending on who you are traveling with!
All in all our stay was great and I would recommend it to others.

Get trip insurance
The property itself is not an issue. It was pretty decent. However, the pond has ongoing issues with blue- green algae so we were not able to go in. The pond tested positive the day after we arrived and we had already gone in so members of my group experienced symptoms including my dog.
It’s not really the property managers fault as it had been cleared by the town a few weeks earlier. But if I had known it was a possible issue I would have bought trip insurance and would not have gone in the water. Check the town website for most up to date info on water quality.

Dog’ Vacation
We rented the ‘Penthouse’ at Clear Pond for the week of 8/14/21 to 8/21/21. The house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to cook meals. Debra was very nice and was there on and off to make sure we (and the other rental units) were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice location in the vicinity of Plymouth. Allows pets, so our doggie was very pleased as were we!

Charming pond retreat
Lovely home. Walking trail adjacent to the property ideal if you have a dog or enjoy hiking. Property is located to downtown Plymouth amenities. Deborah was awesome to work with. I would recommend this property.

Gorgeous property
I travel a lot, this is 1 of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. You will want for nothing and it's prime location to all the sights of Plymouth/Cape Cod. The owner checks to see if there is anything you need and adds all the touches, (coffee, paper products, shampoo) . Super clean and the view is incredible !! I will go back for sure !!

Quiet winter getaway
Lots of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Some construction being done on adjacent unit but owner was good about communicating. Nice walks around the pond and a small sledding hill 2 minutes from the house. Close to lots of amenities and well stocked kitchen.

Heaven on earth
This property is So beautiful! The trees and the pond create an ambiance of serenity and rejuvenation. Daily kayaking in the pond was one of the highlights of our stay. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil. The house has everything we needed and provided privacy as the rooms are separated by the kitchen and the bathroom. We had a fantastic vacation and never left the property. Highly recommend! Our host was responsive and kind.

Great stay
Incredible location, the view from the house to the pond is amazing and having boats provided by the owner makes a huge difference.. upon this crystal clear and great for swimming... And the whole backyard from the house to the pond is gorgeous..

Great location with view. Private and quiet but bed needs an upgrade
The location is convenient to downtown and the property is large with a nice view of the pond and a great walking path. The owner is friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy and we had a lovely, off season stay (in February). However, the bed wasn't super comfortable. I'm a picky sleeper with a sensitive back and the bed wasn't comfortable for me. It's not terrible but it was a factor in our stay. Also, I was under the impression from the pictures and description that we had a 2 bedroom space when it was actually a one bedroom. Again, not a big deal since it was only two of us, but important to note if you need more privacy for extra guests. We were in the Penthouse which does have a day bed in the living room, and can sleep 4, but not in a private bedroom.
Overall, it is a lovely, clean, peaceful property with all of the necessities. We would stay again provided we bring our own extra pillows and bedding for more comfort.

My sister and I had a sister's weekend in Plymouth. The home was very nice.it is centrally located so very easy to get to the cape and to Boston.the dishwasher and microwave over the stove were out of order but they did Supply a small microwave. Parking was tight. We came back after shopping to find a the truck taking up both spaces.. overall it was a nice place to stay view of the lake was beautiful

Great location, unique set up, much nicer than staying in a hotel and very affordable.
The pond was a bonus, the property accommodates 3 differ parties, each have their own area as well as common space. It was nice meeting other people staying there but also allowing privacy. We will be sure to go again.

Needs a really good cleaning. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean kitchen and bathroom counter top
Oven , microwave, a refrigerators were not clean at all. Only reason we did not leave and go somewhere else was we knew it would have been a hassle to get a refund and we did not spend much time in the room.

Beautiful lake front
We had a great time. The property was beautiful, clean, and roomy. The views and the yard was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner would update the listing with her pet policy, and also let people know that the yard and lake front is shared. Other than that everything else was great.

Very misleading and uncomfortable
Our major concern with this property was the inability to keep renters from the other part of the house out of our unit. The owner took a split level house and divided it up into 3 separate rentable properties, but did not give us the ability to lock all doors from our side of the property. There were two doors that could be accessed from other parts of the house - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. When I first walked through the property with the owner, she said that it was simply where she kept her personal things and that she kept them locked. However, the ability to lock the doors was on the other side of the doors. Anyone in the other parts of the house could come into our unit at any time, and there wasn't any way on our end to prevent it. Once we realized that they weren't closets, as the owner had led us to believe, we had to leave and stay elsewhere.
The photos and property description are misleading - the so-called private beach is less than 30 feet of weedy shoreline. All outdoor spaces are communal and not private. The description states that there is a full bathroom with separate shower area - this is not true. The only thing separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is the shower curtain. The owner, while nice, is on the property doing yard work every day.
It never occurred to me to check to see if the unit included a washer and dryer - it does not, and the laundromat is not close. There were only a couple of towels, so this was very discouraging.

Top of My List!
Perfect place for a nice vacation! Close to everything, from quiet beaches, tourist attractions to Boston events. Debbie is a fantastic host... I wanted her to hang out with us for the whole weekend! This will be our first choice place to stay next time we’re in the area for sure!
