Nice house and good location - beautiful view

The property had not been cleaned at all and even though we reported it soon after arriving, no one did anything about it in the 4 days of our stay. We had to launder the bedding and towels used by the previous occupants and we had to clean after them. We contacted Vacasa and Booking.com, but nothing was done. We were told the local team would be in touch - and we left our own message for them - but they never did. In addition, the shower needs fixing - it barely works - and the couch is very uncomfortable. We requested compensation since we had to miss a dinner on our first evening to wait around for cleaners who didn't come, then spend part of the next day doing someone else's laundry and cleaning but we have heard nothing.
