The property is in a great location and is generally well set up for a larger group. However it did not supply basics such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, soap or laundry powder apart from start up kit (2 days). This might be standard for budget accommodation but is not good enough when you are paying over $5k per week.

Wow what a great position, view, home. I had my whole family come with me and my wife to Airlie Beach for a family holiday and we were not disappointed with the accommodation. Loved the home with that view every morning. Would definitely go back there again.

As we had a couple in the group with hip replacements they found it difficult to get into the bath for showering. Problem with getting old otherwise great

We loved our holiday at Nautilus On The Hill. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room and lots of outdoor and indoor sitting areas. The swimming pool was the highlight and must be one of the largest residential pools in airlie beach. We booked this property through Whitsunday Holiday Rentals as we have used this company before and they have never let us down yet.The service you get from this company is just incredible from the time we booked to when we handed in our keys. We have already booked Nautilus again for the end of the year so can't wait to come back. Thank you to the Team.

We thoroughly loved our stay. The house was immaculate and a pleasure to come home to especially after a good walk up the hill. Easy access to Main Street and the view absolutely incredible! Pool spa jets didn’t work but no big deal. Overall incredible place, we felt lucky to have been able to stay here and sit out to enjoy the daily view with the local cockatoos visiting. Thank you.

The property was in a great location with amazing views and plenty of areas to relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were both generous in size. The only thing we found was it wasn’t very toddler friendly especially with the lack of stair railing. Also we found with 10 people the fridge wasn’t adequate

We recently stayed at Nautilus on the hill for 8 days with a group of 8 adults and 2 children. The house is in a great location with a stunning view, short walk to the main town- just a hard walk back up the hill. The house is huge, plenty of living space, outdoor space to sit and chill, the house is super clean. On arrival the pool wasn't clean and no cleaning equipment but upon sending a message they were quick to send someone out to get it sorted for us. The only real complaint we have is the beds- they are so uncomfortable. Every time you turn over you feel a new spring in your back- awful, And everyone said the same thing each morning. New mattresses would really be beneficial for a rental of this price point. Two of the bedrooms also don't have proper blinds so the room is light as soon as the sun rises (not ideal on holidays) We were able to organise a late checkout as our flight was delayed, they charged us $75 even though the house wasn't being used again that day which we thought was a bit cheeky. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again.

The location and size of the property are amazing.
However we did have an issue with the slippery flooring by the pool. My grandmother sustained significant injuries due to a fall from the top step of the bbq area and will require surgery.
Please be careful as it is very slippery and I wouldn’t like anyone else to be injured.
We believe this accident could have been avoided if a nonslip finish was on the flooring around the pool rather than gloss and if handrails were installed.

Great holiday home
Views from the house are amazing even with the rain. Check in was super easy and Michelle was great in answering any questions we had. House is only a short taxi ride or walk into town. We spent most of our time at the pool as there was shade, bbq and fridge at our convenience!
