La nostra casa è PERFETTA a casa lontano da casa per le laureandi Lackland AFB o viaggi in famiglia a SEA WORLD! Ci troviamo a meno di 1 miglio da Sea World (puoi vedere le montagne russe dal nostro cortile :)) Ci troviamo anche a pochi minuti da Lackland Air Force Base (perfetto per le graduatorie BMT) e, soprattutto, siamo situati meno di 1 miglio da 151, che fornisce un colpo dritto in centro (meno di 20 minuti per Alamo & River Walk). Westover Hills, la zona dove si trova la nostra casa, è una delle zone più belle e più rapida crescita di San Antonio. Siamo anche minuti da negozi, ristoranti, il Hyatt Hill Country Resort (favoloso campo da golf), l'Hilton Hill Country Resort, La Cantera (high-end di shopping), e Six Flags.
La nostra casa è perfetta per affitti aziendali, o semplicemente un divertente rifugio del fine settimana con un sacco di vantaggi! La nostra casa è di 4 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, più un soppalco (zona giorno al piano superiore), con un letto a castello e divano letto. Naturalmente, la caratteristica preferita di tutti è la piscina privata e il paesaggio lussureggiante nel cortile sul retro con zona giorno all'aperto, coperta e griglia in acciaio inox per il divertimento all'aria aperta!
Il bel tempo a San Antonio ci offre il lusso di avere la nostra piscina aperta ANNO ROUND! La nostra piscina non è riscaldata, ma la storia ha dimostrato che dicembre e gennaio (ea volte febbraio) sono davvero gli unici mesi in cui fa troppo freddo per nuotare. Gestiamo alcune proprietà diverse, alcune delle quali dotate di vasche idromassaggio, quindi si prega di informarsi se si sta cercando quella comodità.
All'interno, i soffitti a volta rendono il soggiorno sentire ENORME. 2 sale da pranzo (cucina abitabile, più sgabelli da bar e sala da pranzo formale), cucina moderna con ripiani in quarzo, vernice nuova e pavimenti in tutto, sono solo alcune delle altre caratteristiche super-cool. This property worked great for our family. The master was great for my parents so that they didn't have to climb up and down the stairs. The extra beds in the bonus/living room upstairs were great to have to accommodate the kids in our family. The pool was also great to cool off in with the Texas heat. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, the house was perfect and lovely. Everyone we planned to bring wasn’t able to make it, so it was a little large for our group, but that was probably a good thing since it was kind of warm. The A/C doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with the home. Especially upstairs. It was very hot. That was the ONLYdownfall.

I have stayed at a few different homes for vacation in the past. This home was by far the nicest and cleanest. Everything I prepared to pack was already provided. Nice area, very close to SeaWorld. Would definitely recommend. Taking another trip back to San Antonio this summer and will be booking here again!

Great location. Neighborhood park to walk to. Close drive to downtown San Antonio attractions. Beds are not the greatest and noisy if partner moves at night. Cooking on stove was a bit of challenge since coils not level and pots/pans in fair condition.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub! Bedroom space was more than enough for our party of 5! The pack n play and highchair were just what we needed for our 15 month old. Kitchen had everything, including a small cooler we used daily!!! Would stay here again.

We had a great stay with extended family. Large group of us and the house was great! So roomy! So close to Sea World which we visited, but also it was awesome just to BBQ, swim in the backyard and enjoy visiting. The house was stocked with everything you need. Owners were so quick to respond with any questions that I had. Can’t wait to visit and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. House is located very close to Sea World (about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic) and is in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time at this location. The house was the perfect size for a family of 7 (could have accommodated more). Extremely close to Sea World and Fiesta Texas. And a short drive to downtown. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. Would definitely book again and would recommend the property.

Overall the entire stay was very quick and easy, everything really accessible. The only thing that we did not like was that the hot tub was dirty and you could see that it hasn’t been sterilized or cleaned in awhile. Other than that the stay was great !

Overall posit experience.. thought insisting foil on grill was odd and no additional foil provided.. the home was well kept .. the shower head in upstairs bath is difficult to negotiate to keep water in shower liner resulting in was has become a damaged baseboard which might be better with tile( replace shower head) children loved the amount of space. I would encourage to add ceiling fans in both masters to assist air flow

We had a great stay! This was our first time to San Antonio and the house was a perfect little getaway. Great neighborhood and we spent a lot of time in the backyard which was a perfect oasis.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Even in 40 degree weather!!!!! The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us and was extremely clean. We would absolutely stay again.
