Awesome little place right next to the beach.

Just a couple days to attend grandsons’ birthday party in Arroyo Grande…fun little town!

Everything was accurate and the best central location on what we were here for. Such a cute and clean place for the two of us. Thank you!

Foggy weather in the am but sunshine later in the day & nice walks along the beach towards sunset. Condo had new carpeting, paint & flooring. Very relaxing environment. Some noise at 5:30 am when our bedroom window was open from a delivery truck & garbage pickup from a hotel across the street. Beach access a few steps away & sound of waves crashing at night was wonderful. Within walking distance from the pier & quite a few good restaurants. Would rebook again sometime. Pismo Preserve has nice trails close by. Good instructions from vacation rental company. .

the location is just outside of the main down town area that it gives you some peace from the madness. the beach is literally 10 steps away and down town is 3 blocks. we woke up and walked to coffee and breakfast and were able to walk everywhere. parking for unit 4 is a little bit of an issue only because it’s street parking and street parking is hard to find. but the good news is once you’re parked there’s really no need to move your car. while there is laundry here, it’s not in-unit. you need to go to the garage and do it. it gets stuffy and hot if the windows are closed as there’s no AC but they have a ceiling fan and provided some fans. family owned property and business and very communicative with easy check in! they don’t offer early or late check out 5/5 would recommend staying here!

The unit was very nice and super clean. Wish I had known our unit didn't have parking in the garage ahead of time. Took 7.5 hrs to get there in a tiny rental car in anticipation of parking which is why we picked this rental. Be aware the hotel and restaurant next door get deliveries every day between 5 and 6am. Location was great for walking around town and close to the restaurants at the pier. Would recommend. Had a nice visit

I have used Vrbo a couple of times already, this time has been the best so far... The unit was about 20 yards from the beach, there but hidden, so, I spend a lot of rest time in peace... my wife enjoyed the stay and thanked me for the choice, thank you Jenny

We had a great time in this clean and comfortable condo just steps from the beautiful Pismo beach. It’s also right next to the lively pier. All of us had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Pismo on the Beach unit 4. The condo appeared recently renovated and immaculately clean upon entry and we had a view of the beach from our kitchen and eating area. Parking was on the street and easy, and we could walk everywhere. It was such a joy to just walk out the door and be at the beach literally by just walking across the street where there was entrance to the beach. Loved staying here and hope to be back. Highly recommended!

I had a little solo trip and the condo was perfect just for me. Would also be great for a couple. Everything was clearly recently remodeled and in great shape.

My children and I stayed here for two night. Location and unit was very clean and orderly. Not enough towels upon check in and had to wait until following day to receive towels for children and I from room service . Neighbors were very noisy and their children and guests were constantly running up and down the stairs which caused loud noise throughout complex. I guess I want expecting that to happen . Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Closest to the beach and easy to navigate to and from downtown hotspots. Nice.

If you’ve stayed at Sandcastle/Vespera/Sea Venture, you’re well aware of the area. Beat the prices and square footage with this property. Loaded with amenities, we loved it. Great for a 4-person family. The host is very receptive, and is easily available by text.

Good location. Newly updated, clean and spacious.

Location is excellent, step out on the building and step onto the sand. A few useful things could be added: a cutting board, some food containers as you can cook and save leftovers. The trash company picks up the trash every morning as 7 and they are loud, nothing the owner could do. The space is adequate for 2 people ( a small child who could sleep on the sofa.) Could use some more side table surface in the living room or a coat hanger, these are small things not deterring going again. It’s wonderful to open the windows and hear the ocean and see the waves crashing on the beach. Location can’t be beat, close to town, restaurants, pier, 5-7 min drive to Vons. Will go again soon, thank you Jennie for your promptness and fast responses.

Very nice condo/apartment right on the beach close but not too close to downtown Pismo.

This is the best place to stay in Pismo for families by far. It’s walking distance to everything, some units have parking included, there’s a full kitchen for making food for your picky eaters. Nothing negative to say.

If it is your first time you MUST get chowder at Splash cafe and a Cinnamon roll at Old West Cinnamon. Set up was great it was a very nice place to stay. Hope to book it again next year but hoping to get an ocean facing one next time.

This condo is great. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and thouroughness of the owners with communication before our reservation date and the day of. We loved the keyless entry and contact free check in and out. Would love to stay here again.
