This condo is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. The main balcony has great view of the beach. Very quiet. Parking is available. There is a grocery store about 3 miles away. Very good Thai restaurant about 15 minutes away. Kitchen is well stocked. All appliances are working great. Apartment was very clean and nice and bright. Would highly recommend.

This condo has an amazing view, extremely clean and awesome amenities. The kitchen was so well equipped. Having a private washer/dryer is a plus. The beach and pool were easily accessible. Covered parking close to the elevator. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beach Walker 1166 was well-appointed and very comfortable! The condo is beautifully decorated. The staff at Vacasa were very communicative and super-responsive to a couple of small issues. We had a little trouble with the hot water in the kitchen sink only and they had a plumber out to take a look right away. They made sure to be unobtrusive to our vacation as they resolved this issue. We would definitely stay here again! The condo and the service from the rental agency were both amazing!

Great property with easy access to an in crowded beach and pool. Only negative is that the house only had 2 beach chairs for 6 of us…should be more clearly defined how many beach chairs come with the property. Overall great property and would stay again.

Lovely ocean view with well appointed kitchen.
The unit was clean and tidy nicely updated and well appointed. We loved Amelia island and the stunning beach. The pool heat didn’t work which was a bummer as we couldn’t swim. We had stunning weather and coveted this perfect Amelia island location. We would absolutely love to return.

We were in Amelia Island for a wedding ~ and truly enjoyed our stay! The condo we rented felt very welcoming upon arrival: very clean, well-equipped kitchen, great location, lovely view of the ocean.
It’s a relatively quick and pleasant drive up to the town of Fernandina Beach ~ although we were happy to return to the calm and relaxtion of the condo. All in all - a very nice experience.

Lovely and Comfortable
Sandy Sunrise is everything the booking says. The place was immaculate. The decor is lovely and all the amenities are at your fingertips. Beach access is easy and we enjoyed the proximity to everything in Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. My girlfriends and I will definitely book again.

Beautiful condo!
One of the best properties we've enjoyed at Amelia Island Plantation. The decor and layout were perfect for our family and we hope to be back.
The only issue we had was with Vacasa (the management company) when they said someone would be there within 24-48 hours to address an issue with a bed. No one came and the issue was never addressed. But then we locked the keys in the condo and Vacasa was great getting us back in our room.
I would definitely recommend this property.

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!
I don’t know where to start. And once I do, not sure I can finish!!! The home was absolutely amazing! The view from this home is to die for! Sunrise over the ocean every single morning, that can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and balcony is so beautiful. The walk to the beach literally takes 2 minutes from front door to the beach. My family and I loved the fact that there is a good bit of privacy on the beach and throughout the resort. The home is in the perfect location with shops, remote fishing areas, activities for the kids, a nature center, “fun” transportation(scooters, bikes, golf carts). You have your own private parking space, which we discovered is valued greatly there. The home was very clean and well maintained. Being the utility person that I am, the small things in the home that make a difference like adequate towels and rags, cooking utensils, cooking supplies, sheets, blankets, etc. were in abundance. As well as working washer and dryer, AC that blew snowballs, kitchen appliances and everything that needs to work on a vacation actually working. Security is also a big thing for me and door locks were intact and easy to use. There was more than enough space for a big family and we are counting down the days to when we can go back!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation
If you viewed the pictures, then you know the greatest thing about this place...location. it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and a close walk to the pool. That being said, the condo is equiped with everything you need and very comfortable to live in. Unlike the northern end of the island, this location has no traffic to disturb your peace. I would happily return when staying on Amelia Island.

Loved waking up to hearing the ocean and watching the sunrise out of the bedroom window! Was updated and clean, with lots of amenities! Was the perfect size for our family if 6! The beach and pool were literally minutes from our condo, and both were gorgeous, clean and not busy at all!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Pricey But Worth It
Our unit was perfect for a young family of five. Omni was lush and beautiful with plenty to keep us occupied. We didn’t venture out for a couple days - we found ourselves engaged on site!

Great unit but noisy neighbors made for two sleepless nights
Great location and the unit was nicely updated. However, there were two nights where the noise from the surrounding neighbors was unacceptable. I called property management during the first incident and they were unable to resolve (eventually the noise died but it wasn’t until about 1:00 AM). The second incident property management called security, who showed up within 15 minutes but because the noise was so loud within the other unit, it took over 25 minutes to get their attention. Around midnight they were finally able to quite down the neighboring unit.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Amelia Island Plantation was a great spot for our family. We rented bikes, played put put and took long walks on the beach. The condo has been updated and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view of the beach and quick walk to the pool and beach. The condo is three small levels and would be hard for someone who is not very mobile, but it was perfect for our young family. We would love to return sometime soon!

This villa was clean and updated. Absolutely beautiful on the inside. Plenty of space. There are 3 small sets of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs, this villa may not work for you.

Great beach get away!
My husband and our two teenage boys rented the villa and absolutely loved it! Fresh clean interior with great appliances and supplies. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and main floor. Very easy walk to the beach. Lovely pool. Perfect location on the quiet end of Amelia Island. Beach is wonderful for walking and surf is ideal for body surfing. We highly recommend!
