The home has an amazing rec room equiped with pool table, ping pong table, toys, video equipment, with lots of space for whatever activity. Our family found the pool adequate for all around family safety. There was plenty of outside seating and inside entertainment. All bedrooms were clean and large with a downstairs bedroom and an upstairs suite. Everyone in our family was happy.

Very nice, clean, comfortable home with lots of room for eating and sleeping. The outdoor area with pool and covered seating was a favorite spot for our large family. Also appreciated the ease of communicating with the hosts.

The house is brand new plenty of space for 12-15 people. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
The house could use more furniture in the main family room for when everyone is hanging out and the mattress could use an upgrade. Other than that it’s a great location and was a great time.

The whole family enjoyed gathering for fun and celebration of five recent milestone birthdays. The pool was a lifesaver for kids who got cranky at the beach. Courtney is wonderfully responsive to questions and needs. The house is a great fit for a large group.

The property was a great setup for my multi-generational family of 14 from age 22 months to 97 years old. Communication with owner/manager was excellent. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with pots for cooking in. We would highly recommend.

This property is great for a large group of friends! The house is very spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space. The best part is the amazing pool and outdoor area where our group spent most of our time. Lots of high end amenities. Location is great as it is walkable to Rehoboth Ave and n the beach. The house was amazing, the pool and outside area with the TV was enjoyed by all as we watched the PGA Championship. Looking forward to staying at the same property next year for our golf trip.

I had close family and friends with me for a small beach wedding on Bethany Beach. We found this house so we could all stay together and allow our families to meet for the first time. The house itself was perfect! Spacious so we weren’t on top of one another, and accommodations like the pool that gave us something to do when we weren’t in Rehoboth. We all absolutely loved our stay!

The property is great for larger families. Lots of high end amenities. Was not close to the beach, older adults couldn’t walk that far. Was a short drive and the parking passes were provided. Would stay again.

Our group has been vacationing in Rehoboth/Dewey for Labor Day the past 20 years. This property has been our best experience to date. The house is clean, spacious, and offers the very best amenities.
Anyone looking for a large family or friend gathering would be lucky to rent this property. Easy walks to Rehoboth/Dewey for dining & shopping. Relaxing outside at the pool and covered cabana will make you wish you could stay forever.

was perfect for travel with babies as the house has a crib and pack - n -play, some toys, beach toys. we brought a baby gate to guard the stairs. Everyone loved the pool and the house and location. Some rented bikes for easy ride into the town.
Our only suggestions are to provide more eating utensils and a cheese grater. We also had to buy a vegetable peeler. A dresser in the main floor bedroom would have been helpful as my husband had to live out of his suitcase. Overall our stay was perfect and communication with the home owner and the property manager was excellent.!

We had a great time at this property. The house was very beautiful and updated. We picked this house because it also has a very nice pool. The covered porch was amazing for getting out of the sun or at night. We were in there all the time. The shops and beach are walkable but at the end of the day, you would want a car there from all your walking. Thanks Courtney! We had a perfect week!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property which is in pristine condition, it comes with everything our family needed (crib, high chair and toys!!!!!) pool is perfect, location is perfect with a wine store and restaurant all within 100 ft of the property, the owners are lovely and extremely helpful! you wont be disappointed!

We were finally able to get our family of young adult children and grandparents together, and this was the perfect rental! Clean, open, airy and luxurious! The heated saltwater pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. We rent a house in a different place every year, and this is our favorite so far!

The property is just as described and shown in the photos - beautiful, clean, well-appointed, perfect design .. and convenient to downtown and the beach! The lay-out, and sleeping arrangements, were perfect for our large group ranging from 4 year olds to teens to adults. We loved our stay from check-in to check-out!

We’ve rented a beach house every year for the last twenty and this is our favorite! Beautiful design, great use of the indoor and outdoor spaces which made our large group of thirteen extremely comfortable. Queen St. beach access is a short walk and the complimentary parking pass made it easy to drop off and pick up all the beach gear. We did dinner out at two amazing restaurants less than a mile from the house! Those evenings we did eat-in, the well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill made meal prep super easy. All of our kids are college age and when not at the beach, could be found either in the pool, watching the game on the outdoor patio TV or shooting pool in the basement! We’re a golfing family and just a short 25min drive West was an unbelievable course we ended up playing twice! The property manager and owners made check-in/out a breeze and were quick to answer any questions. Super impressed all-around and yes, we will be back next year!

We stayed here for a week in June. We had our 4 year old, our one year old and our nanny, and various guests ranging from other friends with small children to my 70 year old in laws joined us. Everyone raved about the home as it was perfect in every way for all ages. It is new and immaculate. It had everything I needed for the children, the floor plan and beds were perfect for guests and families and the extra spaces such as the office and basement were amazing bonuses. The kids had a blast in the basement. The best part is the gorgeous pool and outdoor set up with the covered sitting area. People could choose to be in the sun or shade and everyone was in the pool constantly, especially the kids. The house was an easy walk or drive to the beach and town (the parking permit was a huge plus) and I enjoyed running around the neighborhood every morning. The homeowners and property manager were extremely responsive and accommodating to all requests and questions. All in all we had the best vacation and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for such a memorable and wonderful vacation!

The house was just beautiful indoors and out and a very convenient bike ride or walk or short drive to a nice section of the beach that isn’t overcrowded. Many extra nice comforts such as a heated pool and an outdoor shower to wash off sand and a beach parking pass and Outdoor covered porch with fan - as well as TVs in all rooms and a great basement with projector and pool/ping pong table. The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with to set up our stay, and we greatly appreciated the additional extra thorough Covid-cleaning between renters! We can’t wait to stay here again!!!

The amenities for perfect for the entire family from grandma to the great grand-kids - awesome times in the pool, the dads played pool and ping pong and the kids loved the playroom. The floor plan was exceptional and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy so many activities - including some family games, outdoor grilling, movie time and more!

We enjoyed our week. The pool and outdoor eating area was great. Plenty of dishes and glasses too.
We do wish it had been a closer walk to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. But the parking permit provided helped.
We wish there had been some rugs for the baby to crawl around to be easier on the knees.

We stayed with 4 families with many kids and were very comfortable with the house. It was extremely clean and all the amenities were great. Salt water pool was great for the kids. The basement was a big bonus because many of the houses we have rented didn’t have that. It adds an extra room for the kids to play. Only suggestion was to provide the projector in the basement. Seemed to have been removed. The mgmt company was very responsive when we reached out. One was to clean the pool and they had someone there within the hour. Only Location was only a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the salt water pool was amazing. Location was convenient. We walked into town and on the boardwalk multiple times a day.
The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. And, the management company was great.
