Newly remodeled in the Heart of the City!
Ho preso bungalow accogliente 20esimo secolo e ha portato di nuovo a vita. Ho deciso di mantenere e rifinire i suoi pavimenti in legno di mantenere alcune delle caratteristiche originali case. Situato vicino al centro di Wausau vivace, a pochi minuti dai negozi lungo Rib Mountain Drive, e la stazione sciistica di Granite Peak. Due isolati vi separano dal progetto lungofiume e l'alloggiamento di nuova costruzione sul bellissimo fiume Wisconsin. C'è una vita notturna in corso nel centro di Wausau, un numero apparentemente infinito di eventi sul 400 Block, ristoranti funky e adatti alle famiglie e molte attività ricreative. Had a great stay, everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Be advised the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are very steep but our kids didn’t have any problem with them.

We were in the area due to family emergency. The home fit the bill perfectly: close to hospital and restaurants, clean, comfortable and gracious, accommodating host. Provided all of the amenities to make a stay away from home as pleasant as possible.

We couldn’t find the online manual. The propane tank on the grill ran out in the middle of our dinner. We highly recommend this property and wound definitely rent again.

Great place, great price, would stay again!
This house is very nice and I would happily stay there again. Additionally, Chad provided great customer service! This is my fourth house through VRBO, and this was by far the easiest check in and check out! The only thing factor that for me I wish I could have known: it is near a railroad track, and near a busier road. But overall the location was fine, and convenient to where I spent most of my time. So overall, this is a great location, a great house, and great customer service!

Nice get away
We had a wonderful stay here. The place was nicely remodeled and decorated. The renter very receptive and generous. A nice bottle of wine waiting. Everything we needed was right there. Easy walk to downtown and the beautiful historic houses The upstairs is a steep climb but ok for older children. Perfect kitchen. Nd other two bedrooms.

Nice quit neighborhood- close to downtown- adequate parking-the furniture was nice-kitchen was great-we had a nice relaxing stay!!!!!

We had a great weekend in Wausau, skiing and going out and about downtown. The house slept 6 adults comfortably and was nicely updated. The location was great for walking downtown and only a 5-10 minute drive to Granite Peak ski hill. The large entryway area was nice to stow all our our winter gear and keep it out of the way. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.

This was a great place and everything was as advertised. Chad provided everything we needed a we felt truly welcome. We would definitely stay there again.
