Diamo il benvenuto a te e alla tua famiglia per goderti la tua vacanza nella nostra bellissima casa sulla spiaggia a South Yarmouth, a pochi passi da Parkers River Beach. Abbiamo acquistato la nostra casa sulla spiaggia solo pochi anni fa e abbiamo aggiornato tutti gli arredi per rendere questa casa lontana da casa, come è nostra.
Godetevi la comodità di parcheggiare la vostra auto e fare una breve passeggiata per la nostra spiaggia per famiglie! Questa spiaggia è unica e offre i seguenti servizi: bagni, docce, stand di concessione, bagnini e persino un parco giochi per intrattenere i vostri piccoli. Sulla tua passeggiata verso casa, fermati al famoso deck di Skippers e goditi un cocktail, un aperitivo e persino un gelato! Perchè no? Sei in vacanza...
Siamo anche solo 1 miglio di distanza da Bass River Beach, che è una bellissima spiaggia con gli stessi servizi, nonché la pesca e l'accesso in barca ...
Rilassati sulla nostra accogliente veranda o goditi l'ampio terrazzo e la doccia esterna. Goditi la privacy che hai a casa nostra e l'incredibile posizione. A pochi minuti dalla Rt 28, dove si trovano tutti i ristoranti, le attività e le attrazioni panoramiche di Cape Cod.
Potrai godere di tutti i servizi che abbiamo da offrire per rendere il tuo soggiorno confortevole come a casa tua. Abbiamo finalmente trovato la nostra casa sulla spiaggia! Splendidamente curato a casa con pavimenti in legno e tutti gli extra. Abbiamo appena costruito un nuovo involucro contemporaneo attorno al ponte con una spaziosa doccia esterna appena fuori dalla stanza del sole.
Il primo piano ha due salotti ciascuno con divani letto che lascia molto spazio per dormire per gli ospiti. Una bellissima sala da sole a 4 stagioni si affaccia sul ponte, ideale per intrattenere. Abbiamo anche TV a schermo piatto, cavo, giochi da tavolo, libri per bambini e una lavatrice / asciugatrice, nonché WIFI per la vostra convenienza.
La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, la prima camera da letto ha una regina, e la terza camera ha un letto nuovo di zecca con due letti singoli e un letto a rotelle che tira fuori.
Lenzuola - Abbiamo lenzuola per tutti i letti, asciugamani da bagno, teli mare, strofinacci ma chiedete gentilmente di lavarli e asciugarli prima della partenza se decidete di usarli.
Tutte le 3 camere da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata.

The house was perfect. Open for everyone to hang out together but with plenty of space. Location was perfect for kids with the beach, restaurants, and entertainment right nearby.

We had very nice stay . House is in great neighborhood , very quiet street . Morning coffee on front porch to start your day and great deck on the back for afternoon relaxation .

House was in great condition and as described. Kids had a great time in the fenced-in yard, on the spacious deck, and in the multiple family rooms. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach (beach also had a wonderful playground). Great stay!

Everything was as advertised. Kitchen had everything you would need. Plenty of areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. Deck is a good size with plenty of seating. Short walk to beach and restaurant/bar/ice cream stand.

Great property and location
Excellent property located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were 10 people for 4 of our 7 days and had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TV’s for all. Very nice large deck in back with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. The beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. Owners were good to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation 2021
Where do I start? This home was beyond our expectation, according to my family it was “wicked awesome” It was beautifully decorated and meticulous. Melissa was amazing to deal with and gave me her cell number to call if we had any issues, which of course we never did . Melissa even left us a gourmet gift basket when I told her that it was our 50 th anniversary of coming to vacation on the Cape. Wish we never had to leave! Thank you soo much for everything you did in your home so others can feel so at home .

Incredible Yarmouth Home!!
I probably should not give such a glowing review as this will make it harder to book this house next year! Location was perfect, walk to beach and food. The house was immaculate with a generous sized back deck. The garage to store your beach stuff was key!! Loved it!

A perfect spot
We had a great week at the cape. The home and location are perfect for young children. We walked to the beach by day and mini golfed at night. Lots of good dining options and of course ice cream close by. A perfect spot!

Beautiful home!
The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to restaurants/activities. Loved the outdoor shower and bbq. Spacious for 9 people and smart TVs really came in handy with the kids! Would definitely stay again!

Great home!
Perfect for a family with young children. Close to 2 different types of beaches, and a 1/2 mile from 28, a main thoroughfare. Owner was responsive to both questions and unusual situations. Cape is nice in September, but some places do shut down or reduce hours.

We rented this beautiful Cape for a week for our adult children and our grandson. We all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home is beautifully decorated and is well maintained. There is a bright sun room in back where my husband watched TV and I read. Sunny large granite kitchen. Newer Trex deck & new grill where we cooked and entertained with the family. Just a 5 minute walk to Palmer River beach. Or you can take your vehicle and park for free. We had great weather too! The homeowners are super sweet! :)) We will be returning next year!

Spent a week of vacation at this home that wrapped up on August 12th. We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful and the location is ideal. A 5 minute walk to the ocean/beach and a really good seafood restaurant on the water (Skippers). I can't say enough good things about Melissa the owner. She was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive to requests and questions. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday during our stay and Melissa had a card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for her when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property not only because of the home itself, but because of Melissa. :)Paul C.

Location, location, location!
We had the pleasure of staying in this house during a long weekend. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! The front porch and back deck are amazing. A short walk to the beach makes this the perfect vacation home ~

Beautiful home for a relaxing vacation
This is the second year we have had the pleasure of renting from Melissa and Dave. They house is beautiful with a lot of sleeping options, big back porch, outdoor shower, and a 5 minute walk to the beach (all things that are out the top of my list!). The house is clean and has everything you need for a memorable stay.
Yarmouth is a great town - far enough up the Cape where you are a short driver away from anything you'd like to do on the upper or lower ends.

Great place all around!
We have rented many places on the Cape over the years, and this place is at the top of the list. This rental is in a very quiet location, yet close to everything - a 5 min walk to the action on main street OR the beach! The owners were thoughtful to leave restaurant & activity recommendations, as well as beach gear for our kids. Relax on the huge back deck or in the rocking chairs out front- outdoor shower too.... We had a great time and will be back!

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained home. Close to restaurants and shopping. All of our needs were satisfied. The owners were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
