Practically nothing.

The entrance of the hotel was under reconstruction. Cement powder was difussed in the corridor and in the whole internal environment which caused me a strong allergy and suffocation. There was not even a bottle of water in the cool bar. There was no chair of ergonometric quality and hight adapted to the table to sit down and work with the laptop. There was no one in the reception when I reached hotel. The resturant was closed. I had to struggle with the help of my taxi driver to get the key of the entrance and the room which was placed in a small box attached to the wall outside, with a number code someone had dictated to him over the phone when he called the number of contact! I don't want to continue. This is my second bad experience with Booking.com. The first one was when I was tempted to book the so called "Shaketon Terrece" in Coventry, UK, where I was constrained to stay in a very bad an unhygienic condition from 25th to 29th June. You may recommend 'Le bon appart hotel' only after they have completed the reconstruction and when the resturant will be open and working. I am totally dissatisfied with my stay in Hotel Bon Apart, Gorinchem.

Restaurant/bar was closed. Breakfast was extra. No staff about and extremely hazardous stairs. No shower curtain and water runs everywhere, slip hazard and had to use all our towels up to stop slipping. Room booked was supposed to have a view, we had none. There was nobody about to ask to move rooms as I found the stairs very distressing after a recent operation. We ended up booking a different hotel for the next 6 days of our stay.
