The location is quite good, only a few hundred meters away from the train station and the bus station. The landlord was kind enough to allow early check-in for one hour; the room is very clean, with free capsule coffee, beer and mineral water, especially the Wi-Fi is great; in addition, I am sorry for my friend's impoliteness, thank you for your understanding; I think it is the most basic to keep a clean check-out;

We liked everything. It was a great room, enough space for two. Manuel was a great host. He did his best and even arranged a parking space for us. The location is very close to the lovely city center. But you can also visit a lot of other wonderful places in the vicinity. We will certainly return to Villa Jasmine the next tine we’re in the north of Italy.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Jasmine. The room was very comfortable and a 10-or-so minute walk from the train station. We rang the property shortly before we arrived and we were met very quickly and given access as well as some information on what to do in the area. There was also complimentary water and beer in the small fridge and we had access to wifi. It was a short walk from the property and the beautiful old city of Bolzano. It was a lovely comfortable stay in a lovely quiet area of Bolzano and we would be happy to stay there again.

Just a suggestion, a box of tissues in the bathroom would be an additional nice touch.

check in time too late (15.00) check out time too early (10.00) we were almost kicked out.. I had a problematic night and could not arrange to leave at 10. we told the cleaning lady that we’d leave around 10.30 but she waited infront of the room making us nervous

Our host was lovely and a great location with secure parking.

The room was very comfortable. The apartment was set back from the main street which made for a quiet setting. Nice to have the on-site parking for our rental car. It was within easy walking distance of interesting sights and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and greeted us promptly upon our arrival. We were allowed to leave our car parked there after the check-out hour which was very helpful as we viewed some local sights on foot before heading to our next destination.

Somewhat expensive for what is only a room Complaint not about Villa Jasmine but the wrong information provided by Booking.com.My confirmation stated I was able to change/cancel the room without cost till October 1 at 23.59. When I tried to do so online on October 1, it was impossible. The staff at Villa Jasmine could also not change my booking (to arrive one day later) . This wrong information is very unprofessional and has decreased my trust in the booking.com reservation service

Location was prefect. Staff was very helpful. They offered free mini bar too.... beers and water... very nice.

The guesthouse was basic yet has everything to make our stay comfortable. As soon as we walked in the place smells of fresh herbs (even the towels smell amazing!) so it was very calming and tranquil. Bed was super comfortable so we both had a very good night’s sleep. Location also could not be beaten being 5 mins away on foot to the beautiful and quaint town of Bolzano. Special mention to Manuel who manages the guesthouse in such a professional yet friendly manner. We arrived late into the region and was trying to knock out some activities hence missed the check in window. Manuel was so accomodating even though I changed the arrival time several times. We cannot thank him enough for literally jumping through hoops for us. Great customer service - period.

it is located on a lovely street and top room is very comfortable and best to get. Bottom room is on the car park.

We had a nice stay at Villa Jasmine. We stayed for one night. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but this was not a problem. We were welcomed by Manuel, we could park our car nearby and he gave us some tips for in Bolzano. The room with bathroom was furnished cosy, with good utilities and a nice little balcont. Good location to visit Bolzano city centre by foot. Would definitely recommend it.

If you're visiting Bolzano DO NOT MISS staying in Villa Jasmine... the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The villa was amazing, very well equipped. 5 mins wall to the centre of town. Would highly recommend to all !!

Brilliant location for a stopover in the nice city of Bolzano, in easy walking distance from everything. Very friendly and helpful check-in where we got good personal tips and tricks where to go and what to see. Top tip to pass on: For a pleasant surprise when the weather is nice, try eating at the terrace of La Casa di Jo nearby…
