La struttura era molto attrezzata: cucina funzionante e ben accessoriata, elettrodomestici, doccia e lavatrice, molto comoda per un soggiorno di due settimane per lavoro. Il proprietario e il suo collaboratore sono stati molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta.

La posizione è vicinissima alla stazione in una zona un po’ mal frequentata ma comunque non ci sono stati mai problemi di alcun tipo. La vicinanza con la ferrovia potrebbe disturbare di notte chiunque abbia il sonno troppo leggero perché la zona risulta rumorosa, inoltre al momento, l’appartamento si trova di fronte ad un edificio in costruzione e questo non contribuisce alla quiete e al silenzio nelle ore diurne. Considerando la vicinanza alla ferrovia e la situazione di lavori in corso, sicuramente il prezzo dovrebbe essere ribassato, perchè risulta piuttosto costoso. Abbiamo accusato un po’ il fatto che il riscaldamento centralizzato fosse impostato a temperature piuttosto alte.

Das ist eine Asylanten Unterkunft! Das Gebäude ist runtergekommen, Hauseingang ohne Licht!! Im appartament Sofa kaputt, Sessel dreckig, Fußboden kaputt!! Sind sofort wieder weg und haben uns ein anständiges Hotel gesucht!! Wer kommt für die ganzen Kosten auf?? Dieser Anbieter gehört raus aus Booking com!!!!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, amplio y limpio. El señor que nos recibió, a pesar de haber un malentendido y tener que esperar, era muy majo y nos recomendó cosas.

En la puerta siempre hay un grupo de chicos, al principio se nos hizo extraño y nos incomodó, pero luego bien, son educados y ni miran para ti.

We had to have the property owner meet us to let us in and then we had to pay a small extra fee because we arrived after 9pm. The property was within walking distance of the train and bus station as well as to restaurants and shops.

It didn't involve the unit itself, but rather multiple residents of another unit hanging out by the exterior entrance of the building. Apparently, it has been an ongoing issue and one the owner has no control over.

the area is horrible. many slam down the building. the kids were afraid to get down. the parking is far from you. the noise every morning. the smell in the building is very bad. the electricity shutdown after we used a few things together. we found many bugs in the place. the beds were uncomfortable. the person who met us on the first day didn't know English and was totally drunk.

No breakfast, an apartment.

Loud noises outside during the night. Shouting etc. Close to train station. Some train noise but not excessive.

central location close to the lido, the train station, bus station and attractions. it was clean, the beds were comfy and the air con was great. The lift was also great and comms with the owner was good.

The groups of non locals who hang around the front entrance all day and night smoking weed and playing music loudly - although friendly we felt very intimidated whenever we left / returned to the apartment. The apartment block backs onto a building site but nothing was happening during our stay. I thought the apartment was expensive for what it was.

There is Bolzano station right in front.
