Lovely clean place right in the centre of Mestia. The breakfast was one of the best of our trip.

Staff very engaged in helping in absolutely everything you might need.
Breakfast is excellent.
Old building is very nice with a patio and very good views.
They have a svan tower besides.
Located at 75 m of the main square.

I would say that this place is ❤️ of Mestia. The place is so beautiful and spectacular. The best part for me was the terrace, where I had my coffee in the morning. I could stopped for while and just be with my self which I needed. Also the ladies running the place so friend and welcoming and the breakfast they make delicious. I would love to take the energy of this place with me and keep it for rever.

Very friendly hosts! And lovely homemade food. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities. Very central location in Mestia.
We had difficulties finding the place. A big sign by the road had been helpful. There was also some confusion about our booking when we arrived, but the hostess managed to solve whatever problems they had.

Beautiful, clean room with everything you need. Kind and wellcoming owners who help you with everything you need. Very good breakfast! Don’t hesitate!

The host was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. They were also flexible about breakfast times and would allow us to have it early.
A bit pricier than other guesthouses but the room had private bathroom, so it was more like a hotel.

Owner and staff super friendly, lovely new guest house and rooms were perfect. owner picked us up at the airport and was very friendly
soundproofing in building wasnt great. had a family downstairs that made a lot of noise but luckily only for one night.

Location, proximity to places of interest such as the main square, restaurants and cafe, museums etc. The host Tamuna is above and beyond wonderful Georgian standards, she is incredibly hospitable and accommodating, always responsive to requests. Breakfasts are amazing. The from the terrace is beautiful.
The shower is too small and does not close, but it’s manageable.

It seemed messy and dirty many places. Removal of garbage on common areas was done very late in the day. The whole place seemed understaffed

This guesthouse is in a great location. It is close the center of town and it is easy to walk around from this location. Also David Z. made himself available to help us arrange trips to places in the area. When our flight to Tbilisi was cancelled due to weather, he quickly arranged a car and driver to take us to Zugdidi. We appreciated all his information and help during our stay.
Our room was comfortable, but the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Guesthouse is located in very good location, 3 minutes walk from main square. Rooms are clean and spacious, hosts are nice and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, with variety of food and local dishes. I strongly recommend this place!

I reálky loved all there. David and his family were just great and helpfull with everything. The room was supercelan, cosy and comfortable. The food was delicious and the location perfect. If I go to Mestia again, I will stay there again.
